{"id":86343,"date":"2020-10-06T13:25:08","date_gmt":"2020-10-06T17:25:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/?p=86343"},"modified":"2020-10-07T08:05:49","modified_gmt":"2020-10-07T12:05:49","slug":"quaker-state-annonce-des-huiles-moteur-conformes-au-gf-6","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/fr\/mecanique\/2020\/10\/06\/quaker-state-annonce-des-huiles-moteur-conformes-au-gf-6\/","title":{"rendered":"Quaker State annonce des huiles moteur conformes au GF-6"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Quaker State est heureux d\u2019annoncer que les huiles moteur de sa gamme de produits sont conformes aux nouvelles sp\u00e9cifications ILSAC GF-6. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>ILSAC GF-6 est le nom de la nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de normes \u00e9tablies par le Comit\u00e9 international de normalisation et d\u2019approbation des lubrifiants (ILSAC) pour les huiles moteur des voitures particuli\u00e8res con\u00e7ues pour r\u00e9pondre aux exigences de la technologie moderne des moteurs.<\/p>\n<p>Quaker State a termin\u00e9 le protocole d\u2019essai ILSAC\u00a0GF-6 pour les produits d\u00e9sign\u00e9s dans le portefeuille de la marque. Le protocole d\u2019essai est d\u00e9crit par huit essais de moteurs, dont sept sont nouveaux. Les r\u00e9sultats des tests d\u00e9terminent si une huile moteur est conforme \u00e0 l\u2019une des deux sous-cat\u00e9gories de la norme, ILSAC\u00a0GF-6A (qui est r\u00e9trocompatible avec les huiles ILSAC\u00a0GF-5) et ILSAC\u00a0GF-6B (sp\u00e9cifiquement pour SAE\u00a00W-16).<\/p>\n<p>Les huiles moteur de la marque Quaker State suivantes sont conformes \u00e0 la nouvelle norme ILSAC\u00a0GF-6A\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Huiles moteur enti\u00e8rement synth\u00e9tiques Quaker State\u00a0: SAE-0W-20, SAE 5W-20, SAE 5W-30 et SAE 10W-30<\/li>\n<li>Quaker State High Mileage Full Synthetic Motor Oils : SAE 0W-20, SAE 5W-20, SAE 5W-30 et SAE 10W-30<\/li>\n<li>Huiles moteur Quaker State Synthetic Blend\u00a0: SAE 0W-20, SAE 5W-20 et SAE 5W-30 (NOTE\u00a0: uniquement disponible en Ecobox et en vrac)<\/li>\n<li>Huiles moteur \u00e0 haut kilom\u00e9trage de Quaker State\u00a0: SAE 5W-20, SAE 5W-30 et SAE 10W-30<\/li>\n<li>Quaker State Motor Oils\u00a0: SAE 5W-20, SAE 5W-30 et SAE 10W-30<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Pourquoi\u00a0:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Comme les fabricants d\u2019\u00e9quipements d\u2019origine (OEM) ont mis \u00e0 jour le mat\u00e9riel des moteurs pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 l\u2019augmentation de l\u2019\u00e9conomie de carburant et \u00e0 la conformit\u00e9 aux r\u00e8glements sur les \u00e9missions, le besoin d\u2019une nouvelle norme ILSAC s\u2019est fait sentir. Pour augmenter les \u00e9conomies de carburant, de nombreux \u00e9quipementiers ont int\u00e9gr\u00e9 les moteurs \u00e0 injection directe d\u2019essence (TGDI) turbocompress\u00e9s, dont certains sont sensibles au ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de pr\u00e9allumage \u00e0 basse vitesse (LSPI). Les huiles moteur peuvent \u00eatre reformul\u00e9es pour aider \u00e0 minimiser les \u00e9v\u00e9nements LSPI, et l\u2019American Petroleum Institute (API) a pris la d\u00e9cision en 2017 d\u2019introduire une cat\u00e9gorie de service suppl\u00e9mentaire (API SN PLUS) pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ce besoin alors que la norme ILSAC\u00a0GF-6 \u00e9tait en cours d\u2019\u00e9laboration. La norme ILSAC\u00a0GF-6 exigeait de nouveaux essais de moteurs con\u00e7us pour pr\u00e9venir la LSPI, r\u00e9duire l\u2019usure de la cha\u00eene de distribution et mesurer les am\u00e9liorations en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9conomie de carburant.<\/p>\n<p>ILSAC a toujours essay\u00e9 de rendre ses normes \u00ab\u2009evergreen\u2009\u00bb, ce qui signifie qu\u2019elles sont r\u00e9trocompatibles. Ainsi, lorsqu\u2019une nouvelle norme est activ\u00e9e, la norme pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente devient obsol\u00e8te parce que la derni\u00e8re norme r\u00e9pond aux besoins des nouvelles technologies de moteurs et des pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019API a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 de nouvelles marques pour chaque sous-cat\u00e9gorie\u00a0: Les huiles ILSAC\u00a0GF-6A sont r\u00e9trocompatibles avec les normes ILSAC\u00a0GF-5 et plus anciennes et pour des viscosit\u00e9s aussi faibles que SAE\u00a00W-20. Les huiles moteur conformes \u00e0 la norme ILSAC\u00a0GF-6A afficheront un logo en \u00e9toile pour l\u2019octroi de licences. Les huiles ILSAC\u00a0GF-6B sont r\u00e9trocompatibles UNIQUEMENT avec les huiles moteur SAE\u00a00W-16, qui devraient devenir plus courantes \u00e0 l\u2019avenir. Le grade de viscosit\u00e9 SAE\u00a00W-16 n\u2019est pas destin\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 dans la plupart des moteurs anciens, car ils ne sont pas \u00e9quip\u00e9s pour fonctionner avec un lubrifiant \u00e0 une viscosit\u00e9 aussi basse. Les huiles moteur conformes \u00e0 la norme ILSAC\u00a0GF-6B porteront un logo en forme de bouclier pour l\u2019obtention d\u2019une licence. Ces distinctions sont clairement affich\u00e9es sur les \u00e9tiquettes des huiles moteur Quaker State concern\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Comment\u00a0:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Huit tests moteurs diff\u00e9rents sont requis pour l\u2019obtention de la licence ILSAC\u00a0GF-6 et pour d\u00e9montrer les am\u00e9liorations des capacit\u00e9s de l\u2019huile moteur.
