L\u2019initiative du carrossier \u00c9ric Therrien de Mirabel est une fa\u00e7on innovante de redonner \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cette initiative vise \u00e0 remettre en parfaite condition une voiture accident\u00e9e et de l\u2019offrir \u00e0 une famille m\u00e9ritante identifi\u00e9e dans la municipalit\u00e9 de Mirabel. \u00c9ric Therrien, carrossier de troisi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration souligne\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0On a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 impliqu\u00e9s dans notre communaut\u00e9, depuis l\u2019\u00e9poque de mon p\u00e8re. \u00c7a faisait longtemps que je pensais \u00e0 une fa\u00e7on originale d\u2019aider une famille dans le besoin dans notre r\u00e9gion. Et r\u00e9parer une voiture, c\u2019est dans nos cordes.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

Une Chevrolet Trax 2017, \u00e0 faible kilom\u00e9trage, mais gravement accident\u00e9e, vient tout juste d\u2019\u00eatre achet\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019encan par le Garage J.C. Therrien et sera remise en \u00e9tat par son \u00e9quipe. \u00ab\u00a0Nous comptons quelques partenaires, mais nous assumons toutes les d\u00e9penses, reprend M.\u00a0Therrien. Nous connaissons tous des familles qui \u00e9prouvent des difficult\u00e9s financi\u00e8res, surtout en cette p\u00e9riode de pand\u00e9mie, et je pense que cette initiative va \u00eatre appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

Identifier une famille<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Les r\u00e9sidents de Mirabel peuvent soumettre leur candidature ici.<\/a>\u00a0Mais comme le mentionne M. Therrien, des citoyens peuvent proposer des candidatures de familles qu\u2019ils connaissent et auraient grand besoin d\u2019une nouvelle voiture mais n\u2019osent en parler.
\nPuisque l\u2019exp\u00e9rience suscite beaucoup d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat dans la collectivit\u00e9, les \u00e9tapes de la remise \u00e0 neuf de la voiture seront document\u00e9es et diffus\u00e9es r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement sur une page facebook d\u00e9di\u00e9e\u00a0: Une Voiture \u00c0 Donner, Une Famille \u00c0 Aider.<\/a><\/p>\n

La voiture sera livr\u00e9e anonymement \u00e0 la famille choisie par un comit\u00e9 de s\u00e9lection en d\u00e9cembre, tout juste pour le temps des F\u00eates.<\/p>\n

Pour le Garage J.C. Therrien, il s\u2019agit d\u2019une premi\u00e8re activit\u00e9 de ce genre, soulignant par la m\u00eame occasion le 40e<\/sup> anniversaire de l\u2019entreprise.
