S\u00e9vigny, qui remplace \u00e0 ce poste Magella Boutin, gravite dans le domaine automobile depuis 1995. Du recyclage automobile \u00e0 la vente de produits d\u2019assurances compl\u00e9mentaires aux concessionnaires en passant par la vente de pi\u00e8ces de carrosserie le dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 du Coll\u00e8ge militaire \u00e0 titre d\u2019officier de l\u2019Aviation a touch\u00e9 \u00e0 tout. Pour couronner cette formation sur le terrain il a poursuivi et compl\u00e9t\u00e9 des \u00e9tudes sup\u00e9rieures en administration. Son r\u00eave \u00e9tait de prendre la direction d\u2019une entreprise du secteur automobile. Depuis janvier dernier, il a atteint son objectif.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Diversifi\u00e9 et dynamique<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>En prenant le poste de vice-pr\u00e9sident directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des op\u00e9rations qu\u00e9b\u00e9coises de CARQUEST l\u2019ancien militaire part en mission. Il veut r\u00e9veiller le g\u00e9ant, comme il l\u2019illustre lui-m\u00eame. \u00ab\u2009Nous avons un r\u00e9seau incroyablement diversifi\u00e9 et dynamique qui m\u00e9rite d\u2019\u00eatre mieux connu et de prendre un nouvel essor, explique-t-il. Notre force repose sur notre r\u00e9seau de magasins, ind\u00e9pendants et corporatifs, mais aussi sur tous nos ateliers, incluant les banni\u00e8res AutoPLACE et TechNet qui couvent tout le territoire qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois. Mon r\u00f4le est d\u2019ajouter de la valeur au r\u00e9seau en standardisant notre image et nos fa\u00e7ons de faire.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>La cl\u00e9 du succ\u00e8s est de s\u2019assurer que le technicien en atelier peut avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la pi\u00e8ce dont il a besoin, au moment o\u00f9 il en a besoin. Pour alimenter cette courroie de transmission, CARQUEST compte sur ses magasins approvisionn\u00e9s par le vaste entrep\u00f4t de Boucherville.<\/p>\n<p>Un nombre \u00e9lev\u00e9 de magasins de pi\u00e8ces CARQUEST sont ind\u00e9pendants. M. S\u00e9vigny y voit un grand avantage. \u00ab\u2009Ces entrepreneurs nous donnent l\u2019heure juste sur ce qui se passe sur leur territoire. Ils nous obligent \u00e0 \u00eatre agiles et innovateurs. De plus, ce sont des partenaires pr\u00e9cieux pour s\u2019assurer que nous restons concurrentiels sur le march\u00e9.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n<h5><strong>La force de l\u2019\u00e9quipe<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>CARQUEST c\u2019est aussi une \u00e9quipe de sp\u00e9cialistes dont le seul mandat est de soutenir les membres du r\u00e9seau, qu\u2019ils soient magasin ou atelier. Des sp\u00e9cialistes du d\u00e9veloppement des affaires s\u2019occupent des magasins autant pour le volet m\u00e9canique que carrosserie. Un directeur est charg\u00e9 de s\u2019assurer du bon fonctionnement et de l\u2019approvisionnement de l\u2019entrep\u00f4t. Des directeurs r\u00e9gionaux vont accompagner les magasins corporatifs. De plus, un sp\u00e9cialiste des donn\u00e9es va \u00e9tablir des grilles comparatives pour garantir une meilleure rentabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019ensemble des magasins.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les ateliers, un personnel leur est d\u00e9di\u00e9 que ce soit pour les conseiller dans l\u2019achat d\u2019\u00e9quipement afin qu\u2019ils fassent le meilleur investissement ou pour choisir le programme de formation technique qui leur convient.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u2009Mon mandat est de m\u2019appuyer sur nos forces pour d\u00e9velopper l\u2019organisation. Nous voulons agrandir des magasins, en augmenter le nombre et attirer de nouveaux ateliers. Mais je veux gagner des parts de march\u00e9 en travaillant en \u00e9quipe, souligne M.\u00a0S\u00e9vigny.
