D\u00e8s les premiers jours, le CSMO-Auto a mis en place une cellule de crise dans le but de rassembler tous les grands r\u00e9seaux de l\u2019industrie et avoir un effet de levier pour affronter la crise. \u00a0Favoriser la circulation de l\u2019information et comprendre les effets de la crise sur les entreprises et les travailleurs devenait une priorit\u00e9. D\u2019autant plus que le CSMO-Auto avait le mandat de relayer l\u2019information au gouvernement afin que celui-ci ait une meilleure connaissance de ce qui se passait sur le terrain. Il y a eu une mobilisation et une solidarit\u00e9 exceptionnelles.<\/p>\n<p>Tous les repr\u00e9sentants ont partag\u00e9 de l\u2019information et s\u2019entraidaient pour savoir qu\u2019elles \u00e9taient les consignes du gouvernement sur l\u2019application des mesures sanitaires et, surtout, savoir si les entreprises \u00e9taient reconnues comme \u00e9tant un service essentiel. \u00c0 un certain moment de la crise, il y avait une grande confusion.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Des webinaires<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>De plus, avec les programmes gouvernementaux qui se sont multipli\u00e9s, le CSMO-Auto a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 plusieurs webinaires pour les expliquer. Plusieurs centaines de participants s\u2019en sont pr\u00e9valus. Le CSMO-Auto a \u00e9galement b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de subvention dans le programme actions concert\u00e9es pour le maintien en emploi (PACME) pour aider les entreprises et les travailleurs \u00e0 recevoir de la formation en temps de pand\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons tous \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9branl\u00e9s dans l\u2019ex\u00e9cution de notre travail. Soudainement, le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail s\u2019est impos\u00e9, ZOOM, TEAMS et autres outils de communication et ont requis un apprentissage en acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9. Comme bien d\u2019autres organisations, le CSMO-Auto a d\u00fb mettre les bouch\u00e9es doubles, en travaillant \u00e0 distance pour trouver des solutions pour aider l\u2019industrie. Comme le dit si bien l\u2019expression, nous avons construit l\u2019avion en plein vol.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Des le\u00e7ons \u00e0 tirer<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Que ressort-il de cette crise\u00a0? De la cellule de crise est ressorti clairement le besoin de faire reconna\u00eetre l\u2019industrie des services automobiles comme \u00e9tant un secteur essentiel dans l\u2019\u00e9conomie du Qu\u00e9bec. Un comit\u00e9 s\u2019est form\u00e9, pilot\u00e9 par le CSMO-Auto dans le but de faire des repr\u00e9sentations \u00e0 certaines instances pour mieux faire conna\u00eetre et mettre en valeur notre industrie.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis le jour un, nous n\u2019avons pas l\u00e2ch\u00e9 et avons continuer \u00e0 travailler dans le seul but d\u2019aider et de soutenir l\u2019industrie. Je me dois de souligner l\u2019exceptionnelle collaboration de tous ceux et celles qui se sont impliqu\u00e9s au cours des derniers mois \u00e0 la cellule de crise. Les associations patronales et syndicales, les CPA et le CPCPA, les banni\u00e8res, le CAA-Qu\u00e9bec et, surtout Auto Pr\u00e9vention, qui a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 aussi un travail remarquable. La g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9 des participants et leur d\u00e9termination ont fait une grande diff\u00e9rence dans la gestion de cette crise.<\/p>\n<p>Cela dit, restons vigilants et solidaires, la crise est encore l\u00e0.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><em>Danielle LeChasseur \u00e9volue dans l\u2019industrie des services automobiles depuis 1995. Elle est directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du CSMO-Auto depuis 2007.
