R\u00e9seau Fix est heureux d’annoncer la nomination de Sylvain S\u00e9guin au poste de vice-pr\u00e9sident ex\u00e9cutif – Canada, \u00e0 compter du 31 ao\u00fbt.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sylvain s’est joint \u00e0 R\u00e9seau Fix en 2018 \u00e0 titre de vice-pr\u00e9sident des op\u00e9rations, supervisant les \u00e9quipes des op\u00e9rations pour toutes les marques au Canada : Fix Auto, ProColor Collision, NOVUS Glass et Speedy Auto Service. Plus t\u00f4t cette ann\u00e9e, son \u00e9quipe a dirig\u00e9 la r\u00e9ponse du R\u00e9seau \u00e0 la COVID-19, en mettant en place des protocoles de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 rigoureux pour la protection des techniciens dans les ateliers ainsi que des clients et de la communaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n

\u00abSylvain a \u00e9t\u00e9 un membre essentiel de mon \u00e9quipe de direction ces deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Sa connaissance approfondie de l’industrie et son exp\u00e9rience nous ont aid\u00e9s \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer notre mod\u00e8le d’entreprise, assurant ainsi la sant\u00e9 financi\u00e8re et le succ\u00e8s de nos op\u00e9rations au Canada\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Steve Leal, pr\u00e9sident et directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Fix Network. \u00abAlors que le Fix Network continue de s’\u00e9tendre \u00e0 l’\u00e9chelle mondiale, Sylvain apportera un leadership continu \u00e0 l’entreprise canadienne en s’attachant \u00e0 aider nos partenaires du r\u00e9seau \u00e0 atteindre la rentabilit\u00e9 et la croissance\u00bb.<\/p>\n

En tant que vice-pr\u00e9sident ex\u00e9cutif pour le Canada, Sylvain sera charg\u00e9 de diriger toutes les fonctions et op\u00e9rations au Canada, y compris les ventes, les op\u00e9rations, le d\u00e9veloppement commercial et le marketing. Il \u00e9tablira et maintiendra \u00e9galement des relations \u00e0 long terme avec les partenaires strat\u00e9giques du r\u00e9seau, les assureurs et les distributeurs afin d’am\u00e9liorer la rentabilit\u00e9 et la position sur le march\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Sylvain a pr\u00e8s de 30 ans d’exp\u00e9rience dans le domaine des services apr\u00e8s-vente automobiles. Avant de rejoindre Fix Network, il a occup\u00e9 diff\u00e9rents postes au sein d’AkzoNobel Coatings Inc, chacun avec des responsabilit\u00e9s croissantes, le dernier en tant que directeur national canadien. Il a commenc\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re dans l’industrie en tant que peintre automobile, ce qui lui donne une perspective unique de l’entreprise au niveau des op\u00e9rations.<\/p>\n

\u00abJe suis fier et ravi d’occuper le poste de vice-pr\u00e9sident ex\u00e9cutif de Fix Network Canada\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Sylvain Seguin. \u00abNous vivons une p\u00e9riode sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent pour les services du march\u00e9 secondaire de l’automobile. Le COVID-19 aura un impact \u00e0 long terme sur nos activit\u00e9s.
