{"id":82240,"date":"2020-09-04T08:43:54","date_gmt":"2020-09-04T12:43:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/?p=82240"},"modified":"2020-09-04T08:46:15","modified_gmt":"2020-09-04T12:46:15","slug":"gaa-modernise-sa-formation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/fr\/carrosserie\/2020\/09\/04\/gaa-modernise-sa-formation\/","title":{"rendered":"GAA modernise sa formation"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p><strong>Le Groupement des assureurs automobiles (GAA) a enti\u00e8rement revu sa formation en estimation des dommages automobiles afin de tenir compte des r\u00e9centes avanc\u00e9es technologiques en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9paration. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re session de ce nouveau cours sera offerte en septembre.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Adapter la formation aux nouvelles technologies<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>La nouvelle mouture de la formation permettra aux participants d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir les connaissances les plus actuelles pour faire une \u00e9valuation pr\u00e9cise et compl\u00e8te des dommages aux v\u00e9hicules accident\u00e9s.Compos\u00e9e de 11 modules, elle traitera notamment des syst\u00e8mes d\u2019aide \u00e0 la conduite, des mat\u00e9riauxautomobiles de pointe et des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques, hybrides et autonomes. Afin de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins et attentes des estimateurs et r\u00e9parateurs, le GAA offrira aussi certains modules dans le cadre de s\u00e9ances de perfectionnement.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>L\u2019expertise p\u00e9dagogique et l\u2019exp\u00e9rience du terrain<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Tant le contenu que la pr\u00e9sentation de la formation ont fait l\u2019objet d\u2019une r\u00e9vision en profondeur, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019expertise du Centre d\u2019\u00e9laboration des moyens d\u2019enseignement du Qu\u00e9bec (CEMEQ) et l\u2019exp\u00e9rience des contr\u00f4leurs de la qualit\u00e9 du GAA. Cette modernisation permet d\u2019offrir plus d\u2019interaction, un acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des v\u00e9hicules accident\u00e9s et une initiation aux logiciels d\u2019estimation utilis\u00e9s dans l\u2019industrie.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Il est important de souligner l\u2019implication de nos contr\u00f4leurs de la qualit\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9vision et lapr\u00e9sentation de ce cours. Leur r\u00f4le-conseil sur le terrain les am\u00e8ne \u00e0 maitriser tous les requis n\u00e9cessaires pour proc\u00e9der \u00e0 des r\u00e9parations s\u00e9curitaires, mais aussi \u00e0 identifier les erreurs les plus fr\u00e9quentes et les pratiques moins bien connues \u00bb explique Maurice Lefran\u00e7ois, directeur de l\u2019estimation automobile et des plans d\u2019assurance au GAA.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Le r\u00f4le du GAA en mati\u00e8re d\u2019estimation des dommages<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>L\u2019objectif du GAA consiste \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler le co\u00fbt des sinistres par un meilleur encadrement de l\u2019estimation des dommages automobiles. Cela passe par l\u2019\u00e9tablissement de normes et proc\u00e9dures en estimation, laqualification des estimateurs, la formation continue, mais aussi le contr\u00f4le de la qualit\u00e9 aux diff\u00e9rentes\u00e9tapes de r\u00e9paration d\u2019un v\u00e9hicule.<\/p>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re session de la nouvelle formation en estimation des dommages automobiles se tiendra du 14 au 25 septembre prochain.
