{"id":80994,"date":"2020-08-27T09:50:19","date_gmt":"2020-08-27T13:50:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/?p=80994"},"modified":"2020-08-27T09:50:19","modified_gmt":"2020-08-27T13:50:19","slug":"le-gouvernement-federal-annonce-de-nouvelles-aides-financieres","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/fr\/mecanique\/2020\/08\/27\/le-gouvernement-federal-annonce-de-nouvelles-aides-financieres\/","title":{"rendered":"Le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral annonce de nouvelles aides financi\u00e8res"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Alors que l\u2019\u00e9conomie red\u00e9marre, le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral a annonc\u00e9 de nouvelles aides financi\u00e8res pour les travailleurs touch\u00e9s par la COVID-19.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La Prestation canadienne d\u2019urgence (PCU) de 2\u2009000\u00a0$ par mois sera prolong\u00e9e jusqu\u2019au 27 septembre 2020. \u00c0 ce jour, la PCU a vers\u00e9 plus de 69 milliards de dollars \u00e0 plus de 8,6 millions b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires.\u00a0Le 27 septembre prochain, les personnes qui ont acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la PCU et qui sont admissibles \u00e0 l\u2019assurance-emploi (\u00c6), mais qui ne peuvent toujours pas travailler, passeront \u00e0 un programme d\u2019assurance-emploi simplifi\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les modifications apport\u00e9es au programme d\u2019assurance-emploi r\u00e9vis\u00e9 sont les suivantes\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Seulement 120 heures assurables sont maintenant n\u00e9cessaires pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de l\u2019assurance-emploi, soit un total de 3,5 semaines de travail sur une p\u00e9riode de 52 semaines.<\/li>\n<li>Taux de prestation d\u2019assurance-emploi minimum de 400\u00a0$ par semaine jusqu\u2019\u00e0 un maximum de 573\u00a0$ par semaine, en fonction des revenus ant\u00e9rieurs.<\/li>\n<li>Les demandes peuvent rester actives pendant 26 \u00e0 45 semaines, selon le temps travaill\u00e9 auparavant.<\/li>\n<li>Les demandeurs peuvent gagner un revenu tout en recevant de l\u2019assurance-emploi, mais leurs prestations seront ajust\u00e9es et r\u00e9duites de 0,50\u00a0$ pour chaque dollar de revenu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De plus, alors que les taux de cotisation \u00e0 l\u2019assurance-emploi devraient normalement augmenter, ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 gel\u00e9s pendant deux ans \u00e0 1,58\u00a0$ par 100\u00a0$ pour les employ\u00e9s et \u00e0 2,21\u00a0$ par 100\u00a0$ pour les entreprises.<\/p>\n<p>En plus du syst\u00e8me d\u2019assurance-emploi remani\u00e9, le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral a introduit trois avantages temporaires imposables pour les personnes qui ne sont pas admissibles \u00e0 l\u2019assurance-emploi et qui seront introduits le 27 septembre 2020.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Prestation canadienne de la relance \u00e9conomique<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Disponible pour les travailleurs ind\u00e9pendants, les employ\u00e9s \u0153uvrant dans l\u2019\u00e9conomie \u00e0 la demande ou les contractuels qui ne sont pas admissibles \u00e0 l\u2019assurance-emploi et qui ne peuvent pas retourner au travail.<\/p>\n<p>Disponible pendant 26 semaines.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Prestation canadienne de maladie pour la relance \u00e9conomique<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Disponible pour les travailleurs qui n\u2019ont pas de cong\u00e9 de maladie pay\u00e9 par leur employeur.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019objectif de cette prestation est de permettre aux personnes qui doivent rester chez elles lorsqu\u2019elles sont malades ou qui se voient oblig\u00e9es de s\u2019isoler de le faire sans perdre la totalit\u00e9 de leurs revenus.<\/p>\n<p>500\u00a0$\/semaine pendant deux semaines au maximum.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Prestation canadienne de la relance \u00e9conomique pour proches aidants<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Disponible pour les travailleurs qui doivent rester \u00e0 la maison pour s\u2019occuper de leurs proches, y compris les enfants de 12 ans et moins, les membres de la famille souffrant d\u2019un handicap et les personnes \u00e0 charge lorsque les \u00e9coles, les garderies et autres \u00e9tablissements sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s sont ferm\u00e9s en raison de la pand\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n<p>Elle est \u00e9galement disponible pour les travailleurs qu\u2019un professionnel de la sant\u00e9 a jug\u00e9 \u00e0 haut risque de maladie grave s\u2019ils devaient contracter la COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p>500\u00a0$\/semaine pendant 26 semaines maximum par m\u00e9nage (un seul adulte par m\u00e9nage peut avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la prestation).<\/p>\n<p>Pour de plus amples informations, cliquez <a href=\"http:\/\/www.canada.ca\/fr\/emploi-developpement-social\/nouvelles\/2020\/08\/x0.htmlwww.canada.ca\/fr\/emploi-developpement-social\/nouvelles\/2020\/08\/x0.html\">ici<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Alors que l\u2019\u00e9conomie red\u00e9marre, le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral a annonc\u00e9 de nouvelles aides financi\u00e8res pour les travailleurs touch\u00e9s par la COVID-19.
