{"id":80631,"date":"2020-08-25T11:45:21","date_gmt":"2020-08-25T15:45:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/?p=80631"},"modified":"2020-08-25T15:08:13","modified_gmt":"2020-08-25T19:08:13","slug":"la-chance-au-coureur","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/fr\/carrosserie\/2020\/08\/25\/la-chance-au-coureur\/","title":{"rendered":"La chance au coureur"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Enseignant en carrosserie et formateur \u00e9m\u00e9rite d\u2019I-CAR et de VW\/AUDI en r\u00e9paration de ch\u00e2ssis, Simon Beaumier est devenu une institution.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Depuis 2014, ann\u00e9e de l\u2019arriv\u00e9e du Ford F-150, Simon Beaumier a tenu aux 4 coins du Qu\u00e9bec un grand nombre de sessions essentielles \u00e0 l\u2019obtention des certifications reli\u00e9s aux travaux structurels.<\/p>\n<p>Ayant pass\u00e9 des centaines d\u2019heures \u00e0 informer et former de fa\u00e7on pratique quelques centaines de carrossiers d\u00e9j\u00e0 exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s en soudure, sa vision de la situation et de l\u2019avenir des ateliers est \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0\u00c0 mes d\u00e9buts dans l\u2019industrie, j\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s \u00e9tonn\u00e9 de constater que le Qu\u00e9bec ne comptait plus d\u2019atelier s\u2019affichant I-CAR, alors que ce statut existe au Canada depuis les ann\u00e9es 80, rappelle-t-il.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Je sais que des pionniers comme le r\u00e9put\u00e9 Claude Fortier en avaient aussit\u00f4t fait la promotion, puisque cet organisme est la seule interface directe entre les constructeurs et les carrossiers.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0S\u2019il y avait alors la barri\u00e8re de la langue, elle \u00e9tait surmontable en raison de la traduction que celui-ci faisait des formations les plus essentielles ;
