Jomphe"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Nous utilisons le terme\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0<em>DMS<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb signifiant les <em>progiciels de gestion int\u00e9gr\u00e9s<\/em> destin\u00e9s au march\u00e9 de la distribution dans l\u2019industrie automobile.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Comment bien choisir notre syst\u00e8me informatique\u00a0? Tout d\u2019abord, il faudrait comprendre qu\u2019un DMS couvre l\u2019ensemble des fonctionnalit\u00e9s essentielles au bon fonctionnement d\u2019un point de vente automobile.<\/p>\n<p>Ce syst\u00e8me doit comprendre certains modules tels que la gestion de la relation client (CRM), la gestion des v\u00e9hicules neufs et d\u2019occasion et de d\u00e9monstration, la gestion de l\u2019atelier et des services associ\u00e9s, la gestion de l\u2019inventaire (<em>stocks<\/em>) et la comptabilit\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Ce qui fait la diff\u00e9rence entre les DMS c\u2019est la facilit\u00e9 du d\u00e9ploiement de celui-ci. Nous devons penser qu\u2019un outil DMS permet de g\u00e9rer l\u2019ensemble des processus et proc\u00e9d\u00e9s d\u2019une organisation en int\u00e9grant toutes les fonctions. Les PGI (progiciels de gestion int\u00e9gr\u00e9s) sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme des outils \u00ab\u00a0cl\u00e9 en main\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019o\u00f9 viennent les PGI\u00a0? En 1960, Joseph Orlicky (ing\u00e9nieur am\u00e9ricain) \u00e9tudie le programme de production de Toyota et con\u00e7oit le \u00ab\u00a0MRP\u00a0\u00bb (<em>Materiel Requirements Planning<\/em>)<a href=\"#_edn1\" name=\"_ednref1\">[i]<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis cette p\u00e9riode, plusieurs DMS font leurs apparitions dans l\u2019industrie ainsi que plusieurs outils de gestion adapt\u00e9s pour les logiciels.<\/p>\n<p>Comment choisir le bon DMS selon nos besoins et notre architecture organisationnelle\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>Connaissons-nous vraiment toutes les possibilit\u00e9s \u2500 Avons-nous du temps pour \u00e9valuer nos besoins \u2500 Sommes-nous au courant de nos utilisations via nos frais \u2500 Avons-nous pris le temps d\u2019\u00e9valuer et de penser \u00e0 ce que nous d\u00e9sirons vraiment\u00a0ou sommes-nous d\u00e9pass\u00e9s par les \u00e9v\u00e9nements\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"#_ednref1\" name=\"_edn1\">[i]<\/a> Les progiciels ou logiciels de GPAO, Gestion de Production Assist\u00e9e par Ordinateur, utilisent souvent l&rsquo;algorithme MRP, Management de Ressources de Production, afin d&rsquo;automatiser le processus<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Faire un choix \u00e9clair\u00e9<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>D\u00e9couvrons ce que nous devrions faire dans les prochaines d\u00e9cennies pour conna\u00eetre tous les outils sur le march\u00e9 et surtout les nouveaux arrivants au Qu\u00e9bec. Personnellement, j\u2019ai eu la chance de survoler tous les DMS dans l\u2019industrie et chacun ont des forces et faiblesses.<\/p>\n<p>J\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert derni\u00e8rement un outil flexible, int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 100 %, facile, r\u00e9unissant toutes les forces dans l\u2019industrie en mati\u00e8re de logiciels DMS, une communication interd\u00e9partementale et une centralisation efficace de la banque de donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019entreprise <em>PBS systems<\/em> offre un DMS qui gagne \u00e0 \u00eatre d\u00e9couvert, car tout est concentr\u00e9 dans un m\u00eame logiciel de gestion. Combien de logiciels avons-nous actuellement dans notre concessionnaire et quelle est le pourcentage d\u2019utilisation de chacun des outils de gestion\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>Pour ma part, je pense qu\u2019il serait int\u00e9ressant de voir tous les DMS qui existent sur le march\u00e9 avant de prendre une d\u00e9cision ou avant de prendre votre prochaine d\u00e9cision quant aux choix judicieux de votre futur \u00ab\u00a0DMS\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Les fournisseurs de DMS se feront un plaisir de vous pr\u00e9senter leurs produits et vous pourrez comparer tous les outils selon vos besoins sp\u00e9cifiques. Pr\u00e9parez-vous en listant ce dont vous avez besoin pour faciliter vos processus.<\/p>\n<p>La technologie en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral semble complexe\u00a0! Pourtant, avec une pr\u00e9sentation d\u00e9taill\u00e9e et efficace par des gens qualifi\u00e9s devraient nous \u00e9clairer en mati\u00e8re de prise de d\u00e9cision. Nous devons consulter les experts en DMS et CRM pour comparer des pommes avec des pommes.<\/p>\n<p>Pourquoi se compliquer la vie, quand nous avons la chance d\u2019avoir des experts dans l\u2019industrie\u00a0!
