{"id":77771,"date":"2020-07-24T10:18:42","date_gmt":"2020-07-24T14:18:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/?p=77771"},"modified":"2020-07-24T10:18:42","modified_gmt":"2020-07-24T14:18:42","slug":"le-quebec-sur-la-borne-voie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/fr\/parc\/2020\/07\/24\/le-quebec-sur-la-borne-voie\/","title":{"rendered":"Le Qu\u00e9bec sur la \u00ab borne \u00bb voie"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Avec plus de 76 000 V\u00c9 sillonnant ses routes, le Qu\u00e9bec poursuit le d\u00e9veloppement de son r\u00e9seau de bornes de recharge \u00e9lectrique.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Au fil de cette transformation, chaque geste pos\u00e9 en faveur de l&rsquo;utilisation de transports non polluants reverdit un peu plus l&rsquo;image du paysage qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Une vision pertinente<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>En vertu d&rsquo;une constante sensibilisation aupr\u00e8s des automobilistes, l&rsquo;objectif consiste \u00e0 retrouver, d&rsquo;ici le 31 d\u00e9cembre 2020, plus de 100 000 voitures \u00e9lectriques en province.<\/p>\n<p>Pour arriver \u00e0 satisfaire cette demande \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, les responsables du Circuit \u00c9lectrique, un r\u00e9seau de recharge publique aliment\u00e9 par Hydro-Qu\u00e9bec, travaillent sans rel\u00e2che. D\u00e9j\u00e0, Simon-Pierre Rioux, pr\u00e9sident et fondateur de l&rsquo;Association des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques du Qu\u00e9bec (AV\u00c9Q), parle d&rsquo;un d\u00e9ploiement \u00e9clair\u00e9 des ressources pour le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice des usagers.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0La province est choy\u00e9e comparativement \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres pays ou \u00c9tats. Nous sommes heureux de l&rsquo;expansion de l&rsquo;installation de la borne de recharge. Nous avons eu une vision juste quant \u00e0 la fa\u00e7on d&rsquo;alimenter le r\u00e9seau, sur les corridors \u00e0 prioriser et sur la mani\u00e8re d&rsquo;informer les usagers.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Au diapason de cette note encourageante se glissent toutefois quelques b\u00e9mols. Par exemple, le d\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;installation de bornes sur rue demeure plus lent, et le temps de recharge \u00e0 partir de ces bornes oscille entre trois et sept heures selon la capacit\u00e9 de la batterie.<\/p>\n<p>Aussi, certains grands centres, notamment Montr\u00e9al, Qu\u00e9bec, Sherbrooke et Trois-Rivi\u00e8res, pourraient disposer d&rsquo;un nombre accru de bornes de recharge sur rue, car beaucoup d&rsquo;\u00e9lectromobilistes ne peuvent installer de bornes domiciliaires.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Graduellement, nous y arrivons. Il en va de m\u00eame pour les centres d&rsquo;affaires et commerciaux, o\u00f9 le consommateur doit d\u00e9montrer davantage d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat aupr\u00e8s des propri\u00e9taires de ces centres afin de stimuler l&rsquo;installation de bornes\u00a0\u00bb, ajoute M. PHOTO AV\u00c9Q<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Un boom pour la rapide<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>En dehors des quartiers urbains, en p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie et sur les routes, l&rsquo;installation de bornes \u00e0 recharge rapide (BRCC) conna\u00eet un afflux d&rsquo;utilisateurs. Des mesures seront donc mises en place pour en fluidiser l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Nous en sommes au point o\u00f9 il faut densifier les zones d&rsquo;alimentation. En ce moment, par p\u00e9riode d&rsquo;achalandage, l&rsquo;\u00e9lectromobiliste doit attendre un laps de temps certain.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Afin d&rsquo;augmenter le nombre de bornes de recharge rapide, le mode op\u00e9ratoire du Circuit \u00c9lectrique consiste \u00e0 r\u00e9colter l&rsquo;usufruit issu de la charge domestique pour le r\u00e9investir dans le r\u00e9seau public, sp\u00e9cialement le long des corridors routiers plus actifs et en r\u00e9gions plus \u00e9loign\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 travers ce d\u00e9ploiement dynamique, Simon-Pierre Rioux cerne aussi le nerf de la guerre. Un objectif ambitieux.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Le but ultime de la technologie est de passer d&rsquo;une recharge lente domiciliaire de quatre \u00e0 huit heures \u00e0 un processus qui prendrait le m\u00eame temps qu&rsquo;un plein d&rsquo;essence.<\/p>\n<p>Le manufacturier Porsche table actuellement sur une recharge rapide de 350 kW qui nous permettrait de passer d&rsquo;une recharge de 30-50 minutes sur les BRCC de 50 kW \u00e0 un plein d&rsquo;\u00e9lectrons qui dure dix minutes. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Un r\u00e9seau FLOrissant<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Parmi les joueurs d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l\u2019adoption du V\u00c9 se trouve FLO, une filiale d&rsquo;Add\u00c9nergie, une entreprise qui s&rsquo;efforce de rendre l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience \u00e9lectrique positive et satisfaisante pour les \u00e9lectromobilistes.<\/p>\n<p>Entre autres mandats, FLO identifie la disponibilit\u00e9 des bornes sur son application mobile et vise \u00e0 rendre leur fonctionnement irr\u00e9prochable, nonobstant le climat qui pr\u00e9vaut.<\/p>\n<p>Genevi\u00e8ve Grenier, vice-pr\u00e9sidente et cheffe de la strat\u00e9gie et de la performance commerciale chez FLO\/Add\u00c9nergie, qualifie le tableau d&rsquo;encourageant.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me de recharge au Qu\u00e9bec, une des juridictions nord-am\u00e9ricaines les plus en avance, se d\u00e9veloppe \u00e0 un tr\u00e8s bon rythme, ce qui contribue \u00e0 convaincre les Qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois que recharger un V\u00c9 est facile et pratique.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eame si, \u00e0 ses yeux, l&rsquo;infrastructure de recharge r\u00e9pond aux besoins des \u00e9lectromobilistes, Madame Grenier ajoute qu&rsquo;en raison d&rsquo;une croissance imminente du V\u00c9, il n&rsquo;est nullement question de s&rsquo;asseoir sur ses lauriers.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Nous n&rsquo;entrevoyons pas de r\u00e9pit dans le d\u00e9veloppement de notre r\u00e9seau de recharge avant les dix prochaines ann\u00e9es, parce qu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019une tendance de fond.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Cons\u00e9quemment, \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re des donn\u00e9es recueillies, l&rsquo;entreprise cerne les endroits les plus sollicit\u00e9s par les propri\u00e9taires de V\u00c9 afin de collaborer au d\u00e9ploiement appropri\u00e9 de bornes. Qui plus est, Madame Grenier parle de d\u00e9veloppement plus proactif.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Un historique nous permet d&rsquo;identifier les endroits o\u00f9 l\u2019installation d&rsquo;une borne pourrait entra\u00eener l\u2019apparition de nouveaux conducteurs de V\u00c9.
