{"id":77220,"date":"2020-07-16T16:46:38","date_gmt":"2020-07-16T20:46:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/?p=77220"},"modified":"2020-07-16T16:46:38","modified_gmt":"2020-07-16T20:46:38","slug":"une-reprise-prudente","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/fr\/carrosserie\/2020\/07\/16\/une-reprise-prudente\/","title":{"rendered":"Une reprise prudente"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Nous avons demand\u00e9 aux dirigeants des grandes banni\u00e8res de carrosserie actives au Qu\u00e9bec de nous partager leur vision du secteur pour les prochains mois.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Inutile de rappeler que la pand\u00e9mie de la COVID-19 a entra\u00een\u00e9 dans son sillage une d\u00e9ferlante de bouleversements pour les carrossiers qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois.<\/p>\n<p>Mais alors que l\u2019automne est \u00e0 nos portes, les chefs de r\u00e9seaux sont confiants. Les gestionnaires d\u2019atelier ont su s\u2019adapter \u00e0 la crise et seront bien positionn\u00e9s pour aborder une reprise, tous l\u2019esp\u00e8rent, plus normale des activit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>En fait, la crise a oblig\u00e9 bien des carrossiers \u00e0 changer leurs fa\u00e7ons de faire. Des pratiques qui pourraient s\u2019av\u00e9rer b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques \u00e0 la reprise. \u00ab\u00a0Avec la chute brutale des volumes, les ateliers se sont ajust\u00e9s en r\u00e9duisant leur personnel, explique Yves Robichaud, directeur de zone Qu\u00e9bec pour CARSTAR.<\/p>\n<p>Ils ont fait preuve de prudence et de flexibilit\u00e9. Robichaud constate aussi qu\u2019avec une baisse marqu\u00e9e du nombre de r\u00e9clamations, les carrossiers ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 de nouvelles strat\u00e9gies pour amener de l\u2019eau au moulin. Il cite par exemple une collaboration plus proactive avec les ateliers de m\u00e9canique pour attirer une nouvelle client\u00e8le.<\/p>\n<p>Il souligne aussi que la crise a mouss\u00e9 l\u2019utilisation de nouveaux outils de gestion de la relation client, notamment avec la contribution de l\u2019assur\u00e9 qui envoie les photos des dommages au lieu de se d\u00e9placer. Une pratique qui pourrait rester, malgr\u00e9 ses limites, surtout au niveau de la pr\u00e9cision de l\u2019estimation.<\/p>\n<p>Si les pratiques ont chang\u00e9, il faut dire aussi que le march\u00e9 sera encore d\u00e9stabilis\u00e9 pour quelques mois encore, sinon plus.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Tant que les tours de bureaux de nos centres-villes ne seront pas occup\u00e9es et que la circulation stressante ne sera pas le lot quotidien des automobilistes, il faut s\u2019attendre \u00e0 ne pas avoir un automne normal, juge Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Gargya, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de CarrXpert. Gargya voit l\u2019occasion de se positionner pour affronter l\u2019avenir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Il faut mesurer, au jour le jour, les ressources dont l\u2019atelier a besoin pour r\u00e9pondre au niveau d\u2019achalandage. Vous savez, chacun d\u2019entre nous a d\u00fb s\u2019adapter. Divers programmes gouvernementaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place pour nous aider et l\u2019occasion est belle pour profiter de cette p\u00e9riode de transition pour former davantage nos employ\u00e9s.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Selon M. Gargya il s\u2019agit d\u2019une bonne strat\u00e9gie pour garder un lien avec cette main-d\u2019\u0153uvre sur laquelle on sera heureux de pouvoir compter \u00e0 la reprise.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est aussi le point de vue de Yves Roy, vice-pr\u00e9sident r\u00e9gional pour le Qu\u00e9bec au R\u00e9seau Fix.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Nous sommes agressifs sur la formation, explique-t-il alors que le centre de formation de Blainville a repris ses activit\u00e9s, dans le respect des normes sanitaires. PHOTO R\u00e9seau Fix<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h5><strong>Un appui des assureurs<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Selon M.\u00a0Roy, puisque plusieurs carrossiers ont investi massivement au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es pour rester \u00e0 la fine pointe des comp\u00e9tences et des avanc\u00e9es technologiques, il faut que les partenaires assureurs les supportent.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Il faut que nos meilleurs ateliers passent au travers cette crise. Ils doivent supporter d\u2019importants investissements qu\u2019ils ont faits, et font encore, pour \u00eatre en mesure de r\u00e9parer, dans les r\u00e8gles de l\u2019art, des v\u00e9hicules de plus en plus complexes. On ne peut pas leur tourner le dos.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>La chute des volumes des derniers mois et l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 qu\u2019elle a provoqu\u00e9e ont compl\u00e8tement brouill\u00e9 les cartes au chapitre des acquisitions et des transferts d\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Nos intervenants s\u2019entendent pour dire qu\u2019aucun rapport financier ne tient la route pr\u00e9sentement et que les projections de revenus et de profits tiennent de la fiction. Plusieurs intentions d\u2019achat risquent d\u2019\u00eatre mises sur la glace pour un an.<\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, certains carrossiers semblent aller de l\u2019avant avec des investissements leur permettant de diversifier leurs services.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Diversification<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Les carrossiers ont trouv\u00e9 difficile leur d\u00e9pendance envers les r\u00e9clamations en cette p\u00e9riode o\u00f9 les volumes ont fondu, explique Yves Roy. Nous avons ainsi des gestionnaires pr\u00e9sentement en formation afin d\u2019\u00eatre en mesure d\u2019offrir des services de r\u00e9paration et de remplacement de vitres d\u2019auto.<\/p>\n<p>Le concept de multiplier les services automobiles sous un m\u00eame toit s\u2019av\u00e8re encore plus justifi\u00e9 dans\u00a0le contexte actuel.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Finalement, Sylvain S\u00e9guin, vice-pr\u00e9sident aux op\u00e9rations pour le m\u00eame r\u00e9seau, observe que les volumes augmentent graduellement chez les carrossiers.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Si l\u2019augmentation des volumes se poursuit ainsi de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils atteignent un niveau int\u00e9ressant \u00e0 l\u2019automne, alors que les programmes de soutien gouvernementaux risquent d\u2019\u00eatre arr\u00eat\u00e9s, nos entreprises devraient bien s\u2019en tirer.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Mais, selon lui, l\u2019important d\u2019ici l\u00e0 est de faire preuve d\u2019une bonne gestion en continuant d\u2019adapter les ressources au niveau des volumes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nous avons demand\u00e9 aux dirigeants des grandes banni\u00e8res de carrosserie actives au Qu\u00e9bec de nous partager leur vision du secteur pour les prochains mois.
