Les deux organisations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9es au d\u00e9but du 21e si\u00e8cle et se sont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es depuis sur la base de valeurs familiales et d&rsquo;une approche du d\u00e9veloppement de r\u00e9seaux ax\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n<p>Avec une couverture d&rsquo;un oc\u00e9an \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre sur leurs march\u00e9s respectifs, chaque r\u00e9seau est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme ayant une repr\u00e9sentation solide et une marge de croissance suppl\u00e9mentaire.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Ce qui rend la fusion si unique, c&rsquo;est en partie le nombre de points communs entre les r\u00e9seaux.<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 M.
