Ce webinaire est offert en anglais seulement.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un grand nombre des dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s de cette ann\u00e9e en automobile, carrosserie et diesel n&rsquo;ont pas mis la main sur un v\u00e9hicule au cours des deux derniers mois d&rsquo;\u00e9cole, ce qui aura des r\u00e9percussions sur les techniciens de service et leurs ateliers. La p\u00e9nurie de techniciens s&rsquo;aggrave, mais elle ne concerne pas forc\u00e9ment votre atelier.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre de ce programme de formation, rejoignez Kyle Holt, pr\u00e9sident de S\/P2, qui vous expliquera comment les \u00e9coles techniques professionnelles vont \u00eatre remodel\u00e9es dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les techniciens peuvent d\u00e9couvrir comment ils peuvent gagner plus d&rsquo;argent et \u00eatre plus productifs en encadrant de jeunes techniciens.<\/li>\n<li>Les propri\u00e9taires et directeurs d&rsquo;ateliers apprendront comment pr\u00e9parer leurs ateliers \u00e0 battre la concurrence en constituant un vivier de jeunes techniciens gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des programmes de mentorat et en recherchant de jeunes techniciens ayant des certifications ASE et des titres reconnus par l&rsquo;industrie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour en savoir plus et vous inscrire, <a href=\"https:\/\/register.gotowebinar.com\/register\/921785876225733392\">cliquez ici<\/a>.
