La pr\u00e9sidente du conseil d’administration de l’AIA Canada, Susan Hitchon, lance sa nouvelle s\u00e9rie de podcasts, Curbside Chat<\/em>, avec une conversation approfondie avec Brad Cochrane, ancien pr\u00e9sident du comit\u00e9 des jeunes professionnels du march\u00e9 secondaire (YPA).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Brad Cochrane et Susan Hitchon parleront du programme YPA, du r\u00f4le que jouent les jeunes leaders dans l’industrie du march\u00e9 secondaire, ainsi que de l’importance de recruter et de retenir les talents pour maintenir une forte main d’\u0153uvre dans l’industrie.<\/p>\n

Dans le but d’engager le dialogue avec les membres de l’AIA Canada dans tout le pays, la plateforme virtuelle Curbside Chat<\/em> est con\u00e7ue pour permettre la participation du public.<\/p>\n
