La plupart d\u00e9clarent une perte au premier trimestre&#8230; FCA a une perte nette de 1,84 milliard de dollars am\u00e9ricains ; Ford a perdu 2 milliards de dollars au premier trimestre, tout comme GM.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ford commence \u00e0 remettre en service ses usines europ\u00e9ennes, mais n&rsquo;a pas encore d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;un calendrier pour les usines des \u00c9tats-Unis et du Canada.<\/p>\n<p>Mike Manley, le PDG de Fiat Chrysler, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que son entreprise pr\u00e9voit d&rsquo;ouvrir des usines le 18 mai aux \u00c9tats-Unis (sauf \u00e0 Belvidere, Ill.) et au Canada. La FCA veille \u00e0 ce que ses installations soient s\u00fbres, s\u00e9curis\u00e9es et d\u00e9sinfect\u00e9es. L&rsquo;usine au Mexique restera ferm\u00e9e. L&rsquo;UAW aux \u00c9tats-Unis et l&rsquo;Unifor ici au Canada ne s&rsquo;opposent pas \u00e0 ce red\u00e9marrage. Ils pourraient \u00eatre les premiers des trois grands \u00e0 reprendre le travail en Am\u00e9rique du Nord.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>General Motors<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Au Canada, GM fabrique des masques faciaux dans son usine ferm\u00e9e d&rsquo;Oshawa (Ontario) pour les travailleurs de premi\u00e8re ligne et d&rsquo;autres Canadiens. Dans le Michigan, les travailleurs de GM devront porter des EPI lorsqu&rsquo;ils retourneront au travail. L&rsquo;UAW et GM mettent en place de nouvelles mesures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour leurs employ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>General Motors a inform\u00e9 tous les employ\u00e9s qu&rsquo;ils doivent porter un masque facial, mais note que la distanciation sociale est impossible pour les travailleurs sur les cha\u00eenes de montage&#8230; et que certains travailleurs peuvent avoir des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 porter des EPI en raison d&rsquo;un probl\u00e8me m\u00e9dical.
