Pouvoir \u00e9valuer objectivement la qualit\u00e9 structurelle d&rsquo;un rev\u00eatement en poudre &#8211; de mani\u00e8re coh\u00e9rente, pr\u00e9cise et standardis\u00e9e &#8211; en utilisant un outil num\u00e9rique d\u00e9di\u00e9 sera un grand pas en avant.<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Pim Koeckhoven, directeur de la technologie de la couleur chez AkzoNobel<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Jean-Paul Moonen, responsable du segment architectural de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 Rev\u00eatements en poudre d&rsquo;AkzoNobel, s&rsquo;ajoute \u00e0 la liste : \u00ab\u00a0La texture est une caract\u00e9ristique extr\u00eamement importante des rev\u00eatements en poudre et la tendance aux surfaces textur\u00e9es se renforce sans cesse. En tant que premier fournisseur mondial de rev\u00eatements en poudre, la disponibilit\u00e9 de cet outil sera un atout majeur pour nous et nos clients\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 collabor\u00e9 \u00e0 un appareil num\u00e9rique pour l&rsquo;entreprise de retouche automobile d&rsquo;AkzoNobel, l&rsquo;objectif \u00e9tait de prendre ce qu&rsquo;ils avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 appris pour les surfaces semblables au cuir et de l&rsquo;utiliser pour explorer les possibilit\u00e9s de num\u00e9risation de la texture de surface des rev\u00eatements en poudre.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Nous avons commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 faire des recherches sur des prototypes il y a deux ans\u00a0\u00bb, poursuit M. Koeckhoven. \u00ab\u00a0La combinaison de nos connaissances avec celles de BYK-Gardner nous a permis d&rsquo;obtenir un contr\u00f4le de qualit\u00e9 objectif bas\u00e9 sur des mesures tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cises qui ne peuvent tout simplement pas \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u0153il nu. Nous sommes actuellement en train de tester et d&rsquo;optimiser cela dans nos installations de fabrication.
