{"id":67586,"date":"2020-03-17T12:00:10","date_gmt":"2020-03-17T16:00:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/?p=67586"},"modified":"2020-02-24T14:16:40","modified_gmt":"2020-02-24T19:16:40","slug":"pcaac-un-processus-rigoureux","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/fr\/carrosserie\/2020\/03\/17\/pcaac-un-processus-rigoureux\/","title":{"rendered":"PCAAC : Un processus rigoureux"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Nous avons demand\u00e9 \u00e0 deux auditeurs du PCAAC comment ils percevaient leur travail relativement aux ateliers qu\u2019ils visitent.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\">L<\/span>e processus d\u2019acc\u00e8s au Programme canadien d\u2019accr\u00e9ditation des ateliers de carrosserie (PCAAC) est rigoureux. Un long questionnaire sur le site CCIAP.ca permet \u00e0 l\u2019atelier de monter son dossier. C\u2019est par la suite que des auditeurs vont venir valider cette information en visitant les ateliers qui ont rempli les exigences document\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">\u00ab Le premier constat est que les ateliers que je visite dans le cadre de l\u2019accr\u00e9ditation au PCAAC inspirent imm\u00e9diatement confiance, explique Carol Morin, expert en mati\u00e8re de carrosserie et auditeur pour le programme. Ces ateliers sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 en partant souvent \u00e0 la fine pointe des formations et des \u00e9quipements. L\u2019important est que toute la d\u00e9marche est document\u00e9e. On fait des photos des \u00e9quipements, prenons des num\u00e9ros de s\u00e9rie en note et posons des questions aux propri\u00e9taires qui nous accompagnent souvent lors de l\u2019audit. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Le formateur Simon Beaumier a fait quelques auditions pour ce programme \u00e0 ses d\u00e9buts, question d\u2019en voir la nature. Il a remarqu\u00e9 lui aussi que c\u2019est souvent au chapitre des \u00e9quipements pour l\u2019aluminium que les ateliers n\u2019ont pas tout ce qu\u2019il faut. Mais c\u2019est un correctif relativement simple \u00e0 apporter.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><b>Porte d\u2019entr\u00e9e sur le web <\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\u00ab Je crois qu\u2019il va y avoir de plus en plus d\u2019ateliers qui vont aller chercher cette accr\u00e9ditation, pr\u00e9dit M. Beaumier. Je constate que c\u2019est une mise \u00e0 niveau tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressante des ateliers et je sais que les banni\u00e8res vont favoriser leur implantation dans leurs r\u00e9seaux respectifs. Je crois qu\u2019il serait important que ce programme soit mieux connu des assureurs. \u00bb Selon lui, la d\u00e9marche d\u2019accr\u00e9ditation a \u00e9t\u00e9 simplifi\u00e9e depuis son lancement et que le site web permet d\u2019avoir acc\u00e8s rapidement \u00e0 la liste de tout ce qu\u2019il faut pour monter un dossier et aller de l\u2019avant.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Ce n\u2019est qu\u2019une fois que le gestionnaire d\u2019atelier a bien compl\u00e9t\u00e9 ses documents qu\u2019un rendez-vous sera pris avec un auditeur.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\u00ab J\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 dans le domaine toute ma vie et j\u2019ai termin\u00e9 ma carri\u00e8re en accompagnant les ateliers dans leur d\u00e9veloppement de meilleures pratiques, t\u00e9moigne M. Morin. Je vois que le PCAAC va exactement dans cette direction. Quand vient le temps de visiter l\u2019atelier pour valider la d\u00e9marche on constate comment le secteur est devenu hautement technologique et de plus en plus perfectionn\u00e9. Les propri\u00e9taires de ces ateliers doivent \u00eatre fiers du niveau qu\u2019ils ont atteint. C\u2019est une approche tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressante pour les ateliers qui travaillent en multimarques, car ils vont ainsi chercher une belle polyvalence. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Rappelons qu\u2019au Qu\u00e9bec, le PCAAC est propuls\u00e9 par la Corporation des Carrossiers professionnels du Qu\u00e9bec (CCPQ) qui va d\u2019ailleurs en soutenir le d\u00e9ploiement avec une strat\u00e9gie renouvel\u00e9e.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nous avons demand\u00e9 \u00e0 deux auditeurs du PCAAC comment ils percevaient leur travail relativement aux ateliers qu\u2019ils visitent.
