{"id":67578,"date":"2020-03-12T09:00:29","date_gmt":"2020-03-12T13:00:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/?p=67578"},"modified":"2020-02-24T13:51:40","modified_gmt":"2020-02-24T18:51:40","slug":"ccpq-un-protocole-deploye","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/fr\/carrosserie\/2020\/03\/12\/ccpq-un-protocole-deploye\/","title":{"rendered":"CCPQ : Un protocole d\u00e9ploy\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Cet article est \u00e9crit par Michel Julien et Luc Fillion.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Depuis pr\u00e8s de trois ans maintenant, la Corporation des carrossiers professionnels du Qu\u00e9bec (CCPQ) milite en faveur des fameux pr\u00e9s et post scan.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">P<\/span>lus d\u2019une quinzaine de soir\u00e9es d\u2019informations \u00e0 ce sujet ont \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9es aux quatre coins du Qu\u00e9bec. Le but \u00e9tait de sensibiliser les propri\u00e9taires et gestionnaires d\u2019atelier \u00e0 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019effectuer des analyses \u00e9lectroniques sur les v\u00e9hicules qui leurs sont confi\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Si, en mars 2017 seulement 20 % des carrossiers effectuaient ces analyses, ce nombre est pass\u00e9 aujourd\u2019hui \u00e0 plus de 90 %. Les ateliers se sont munis d\u2019un appareil de diagnostic et effectuent les analyses sur la plupart des v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 r\u00e9parer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Le message est pass\u00e9 : les carrossiers, les assureurs et les diff\u00e9rents organismes sont sensibilis\u00e9s. Mais il reste encore un bon bout de chemin \u00e0 parcourir.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Certains ateliers, les plus proactifs, ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de prendre le taureau par les cornes et d\u2019engager du personnel avec, selon eux, les meilleures qualifications possibles et de se munir des outils n\u00e9cessaires afin d\u2019effectuer le travail qui est totalement diff\u00e9rent de tout ce que nous connaissions du m\u00e9tier de carrossier.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Nous devons comprendre l\u2019essence de cette nouvelle facette du m\u00e9tier, former des gens d\u00e9di\u00e9s qui poss\u00e8dent outillages et informations de r\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Il faut savoir comment int\u00e9grer ces nouvelles op\u00e9rations dans la cha\u00eene de productivit\u00e9 d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9tablie sans en affecter le rendement. Et d\u00e9terminer comment rentabiliser cette nouvelle t\u00e2che et tout ce qu\u2019elle implique en temps et en investissement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><b>Plus autonomes <\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Avoir du personnel d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux analyses \u00e9lectroniques, aidera \u00e0 effectuer les r\u00e9parations plus efficacement, en atelier, sans avoir \u00e0 d\u00e9pendre d\u2019un sous-traitant. De fil en aiguille, nous nous rendons rapidement compte qu\u2019il y aura de plus en plus de calibrations \u00e0 effectuer avant la livraison du v\u00e9hicule. Certaines calibrations peuvent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9es par le personnel comp\u00e9tent en atelier, s\u2019ils ont les bons outils et la bonne information.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Cependant, il y aura toujours des travaux, calibrations, programmations, r\u00e9parations, qui ne pourront pas \u00eatre effectu\u00e9s en atelier. Si les ateliers \u00e9taient en mesure de d\u00e9tecter les dommages qui sont ant\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 l\u2019accident, avant la r\u00e9paration du v\u00e9hicule, pour d\u00e9terminer d\u00e8s l\u2019estimation initiale, avec le client, quels travaux sont couverts par l\u2019assurance et lesquels ne le sont pas, nous pourrions \u00e9viter plusieurs litiges entre clients, carrossiers et assureurs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><b>Une estimation gagnante <\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">La possibilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9tecter les calibrations \u00e0 effectuer, d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but des travaux, peu importe s\u2019ils doivent \u00eatre fait \u00e0 l\u2019atelier ou par un sous-traitant, permet de pr\u00e9voir le temps n\u00e9cessaire aux travaux, les co\u00fbts et ainsi g\u00e9n\u00e9rer moins de frais additionnels.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Tout ceci peut \u00eatre fait, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce nouveau technicien qui poss\u00e8de une ligne directrice. Le fait d\u2019\u00e9tablir une norme, un standard et de d\u00e9finir ces lignes, sera b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour tous.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Le but d\u2019un protocole d\u2019analyse \u00e9lectronique va bien au-del\u00e0 des fameux pr\u00e9s et post scans.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Suite \u00e0 quelques sessions en atelier chez Carrxpert Carrosserie Yamaska de Saint-Hyacinthe, Michel Julien de MJConsultech et les membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe de l\u2019atelier ont pu mettre en place un protocole d\u2019analyse \u00e9lectronique efficace et rentable en d\u00e9diant un technicien \u00e0 cette t\u00e2che \u00e0 temps plein.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">D\u2019autres cliniques suivront et plus de d\u00e9tails seront pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans ces pages r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cet article est \u00e9crit par Michel Julien et Luc Fillion.
