{"id":67552,"date":"2020-02-25T12:00:44","date_gmt":"2020-02-25T17:00:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/?p=67552"},"modified":"2020-02-24T13:01:20","modified_gmt":"2020-02-24T18:01:20","slug":"a-la-hauteur-des-certifications","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/fr\/carrosserie\/2020\/02\/25\/a-la-hauteur-des-certifications\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00c0 la hauteur des certifications"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Attendu depuis des ann\u00e9es, le nouveau programme de Carrosserie est d\u00e9j\u00e0 en vigueur, mais il ne sera appliqu\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on obligatoire qu\u2019en 2021-2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">C<\/span>omme nous l\u2019avions appris de source s\u00fbre \u00e0 l\u2019automne 2018, le minist\u00e8re de l\u2019\u00c9ducation n\u2019aura finalement mis que quelques mois pour \u00e9laborer et livrer le nouveau DEP dont le code est 5372.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Tout ce qu\u2019on y trouve, y compris l\u2019ajout de 60 heures de formation et un net accent sur l\u2019apprentissage, est ce qui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9alablement accept\u00e9 et propos\u00e9 par les carrossiers consult\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 2018.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">L\u2019objectif ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019adapter l\u2019enseignement aux pratiques d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui et aux exigences de base des programmes de certification des constructeurs, d\u2019importants volets portent sur les nouvelles technologies.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Son approche est d\u2019ailleurs conforme \u00e0 l\u2019obligation qu\u2019ont les carrossiers en voie de certification de veiller \u00e0 ce que leurs techniciens aient un DEP en poche, f\u00fbt-ce par le Programme de reconnaissance des acquis.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Ainsi, quelque 350 heures ont trait aux volets de l\u2019identification des dommages, des syst\u00e8mes \u00e9lectroniques de commande, de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et d\u2019aide \u00e0 la conduite, de m\u00eame qu\u2019au redressement et \u00e0 la r\u00e9paration de tout type de ch\u00e2ssis.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>Survol des nouveaut\u00e9s <\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">\u00c0 ce sujet, voici quelques indices du niveau du nouveau DEP qui peut \u00eatre \u00e0 tout moment enrichi par des formations compl\u00e9mentaires et des mises \u00e0 jour.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Volet Dommages\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Inspection du v\u00e9hicule \u2014 Num\u00e9ro de s\u00e9rie \u2014 Caract\u00e9ristiques du ch\u00e2ssis, de la carrosserie et de l\u2019habitacle \u2014 Modes d\u2019assemblage \u2014 Principaux syst\u00e8mes et composants \u2014 Rep\u00e9rage des dommages visibles \u2014 Usage des logiciels de diagnostic, de r\u00e9paration et d\u2019estimation \u2014 Consultation des proc\u00e9dures du constructeur \u2014 Estimation du temps de r\u00e9paration<\/p>\n<p><strong>Syst\u00e8mes de commande<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Recommandations du constructeur \u2014 Plans, sch\u00e9mas et repr\u00e9sentations graphiques \u2014 Identification des syst\u00e8mes \u00e9lectroniques \u00e0 v\u00e9rifier : capteurs, circuits \u00e9lectriques et \u00e9lectroniques, modules \u00e9lectroniques, actionneurs \u2014 Relev\u00e9 des mesures : tensions, r\u00e9sistances, types de signaux g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s, signature des signaux \u2014 Relev\u00e9 des codes de d\u00e9faillance<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00e9curit\u00e9 et aide \u00e0 la conduite<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Phares de toutes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations, coussins gonflables, capteurs, cam\u00e9ras, radars, ceintures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u2014 Proc\u00e9dures du constructeur \u2014 Codes de d\u00e9faillance \u2014 V\u00e9rification du fonctionnement des composantes \u00e9lectriques et \u00e9lectroniques \u2014 R\u00e9glages \u2014 R\u00e9initialisation<\/p>\n<p><strong>Redressement et r\u00e9paration de ch\u00e2ssis<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9glage du marbre \u2014 \u00c9talonnage du syst\u00e8me de mesure 3D \u2014 Pr\u00e9paration du v\u00e9hicule \u2014 Identification des points de mesure de la zone intacte \u2014 Ajustement des hauteurs, largeurs et longueurs \u2014 Identification des \u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e0 redresser \u2014 Identification des m\u00e9taux \u2014 Installation des m\u00e2choires, ancrages et tampons de protection pour l\u2019aluminium<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>\u00c0 jour et adaptable <\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Il suffit de jeter un coup d\u2019oeil \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipement dont les centres de formation professionnelle se seront dot\u00e9s afin d\u2019offrir le nouveau cours, pour constater qu\u2019il est bien \u00e0 l\u2019heure de la nouvelle d\u00e9cennie et adaptable \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution technologique.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p2\"><b>Nouvel \u00e9quipement<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p2\">Un budget de pr\u00e8s de 450 000 $ par \u00e9cole a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tabli pour l\u2019acquisition de l\u2019outillage n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 l\u2019application du nouveau programme de Carrosserie ;
