Premi\u00e8rement, pour vous montrer que m\u00eame avec mes connaissances, l\u2019\u00e9quipement et mon parcours de formation, je ne suis pas \u00e0 l\u2019abri de probl\u00e8mes qui ne sont pas \u00e9vidents \u00e0 conclure de fa\u00e7on d\u00e9finitive \u00e0 100 %. Raison num\u00e9ro deux, c\u2019est pour faire r\u00e9aliser aux propri\u00e9taires de v\u00e9hicules que la r\u00e9paration d\u2019un auto continue \u00e0 augmenter en complexit\u00e9 et que de plus en plus, des diagnostics et v\u00e9rifications approfondies vont \u00eatre chose du quotidien ce qui, de temps en temps, peut virer au cauchemar.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Alors, cette aventure a commenc\u00e9 lorsqu\u2019un de nos clients a sorti son Audi TT 2001 de son entreposage. Aucun sympt\u00f4me lors du d\u00e9marrage initial, rien d\u2019anormal sur la route pour aller faire le premier plein d\u2019essence. C\u2019est seulement \u00e0 son d\u00e9part de la station-service que le moteur tourne, mais ne part pas. Pas le choix, \u00e7a prend une remorqueuse pour qu\u2019on puisse regarder le probl\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><strong>\u00c7a semblait simple<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\u00c0 son arriv\u00e9e, je constate facilement le probl\u00e8me, alors, cela va \u00eatre facile \u00e0 r\u00e9parer. Je fais deux petites v\u00e9rifications dans la cour, question de valider mes intuitions. Il n\u2019y a pas de feu aux bougies. Alors, j\u2019arr\u00eate mes recherches, car le temps manque cette journ\u00e9e-l\u00e0, et je d\u00e9cide d\u2019enlever la batterie pour la charger vu que les essais successifs \u00e0 la station-service et chez nous ont baiss\u00e9 sa charge.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Une semaine plus tard, je m\u2019y attaque. Je branche la batterie et vroom, le moteur d\u00e9marre. Comment ? Oui oui, il part au quart de tour. J\u2019arr\u00eate pour essayer \u00e0 nouveau et le probl\u00e8me est de retour. \u00c0 ce point, je sors le scanner pour voir si j\u2019ai des codes d\u2019anomalie pour un sympt\u00f4me s\u00e9rieux comme celui-l\u00e0. \u00c9videmment, j\u2019ai un code, un code de non-communication avec le module du moteur (ECM). Pour un probl\u00e8me de non-communication, la charte de diagnostic va nous faire v\u00e9rifier l\u2019alimentation, la masse, et les fils qui font partie du r\u00e9seau de communication \u00e0 l\u2019ordinateur en question. Ils testent tous positif. Je pousse mes v\u00e9rifications encore plus loin, avec un oscilloscope. Conclusion, l\u2019ECM est d\u00e9fectueux.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><strong>Un module \u00e0 remplacer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Alors, c\u2019est d\u00e9cid\u00e9, on doit remplacer l\u2019ECM. Deux semaines plus tard, j\u2019installe la pi\u00e8ce reb\u00e2tie pour m\u2019apercevoir que j\u2019ai le m\u00eame probl\u00e8me. J\u2019ai fait une erreur dans mes v\u00e9rifications ? Je refais mon cheminement une deuxi\u00e8me fois pour en venir \u00e0 la m\u00eame conclusion. Je d\u00e9cide d\u2019appeler la compagnie qui a fait la r\u00e9paration de la pi\u00e8ce et on me confirme que le module initial avait des soudures internes bris\u00e9es, qu\u2019elles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9par\u00e9es, et qu\u2019apr\u00e8s la pi\u00e8ce testait positif chez eux. Mais, pour en \u00eatre certaine \u00e0 100 %, l\u2019entreprise d\u00e9cide d\u2019accepter d\u2019en refaire la v\u00e9rification. Alors, je retourne le module une fois de plus, mais leurs tests ne trouvent rien d\u2019anormal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Ne voulant pas prendre de chance, la compagnie d\u00e9cide de m\u2019envoyer un module diff\u00e9rent pour \u00e9viter qu\u2019il ait quelque chose d\u2019anormal qui passe sous le radar. Trois semaines passent avant d\u2019avoir ce nouveau module, et comme de raison, le probl\u00e8me persiste. \u00c0 ce point, la compagnie m\u2019informe que le probl\u00e8me doit \u00eatre caus\u00e9 ailleurs sur l\u2019auto, qu\u2019on ne peut avoir deux modules avec le m\u00eame probl\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><strong>Des heures de recherche<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">\u00c0 ce point, je passe des heures et des heures de plaisir \u00e0 \u00e9tudier le r\u00e9seau de communication et d\u00e9monter le v\u00e9hicule pour \u00e9liminer tout ce qui pourrait causer ce probl\u00e8me. Rien, je ne trouve rien. D\u00e9courag\u00e9 au point de me questionner sur mon choix de carri\u00e8re ! L\u2019auto est dans ma cour depuis plus de trois mois.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Il faut essayer quelque chose. Je ne r\u00e9ussis pas \u00e0 trouver de pi\u00e8ces usag\u00e9es pour ce v\u00e9hicule. Il est rare. Apr\u00e8s une semaine de recherche, deux garages dans la r\u00e9gion ont un tableau de bord (qui joue un r\u00f4le important dans le r\u00e9seau de communication), et l`autre un ECM. J\u2019essaie les deux et finalement, l\u2019ECM est la solution miracle.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Je termine rapidement avec cette conclusion. J\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 TR\u00c8S malchanceux dans cette situation qui m\u2019a caus\u00e9 des maux de t\u00eate sans compter des jours de recherche qui n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 factur\u00e9s, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 la situation. J\u2019ai aussi compris que la seule et unique place o\u00f9 un module peut \u00eatre test\u00e9 \u00e0 100 %, ce n\u2019est pas sur un banc d\u2019essai, mais bel et bien dans l\u2019auto o\u00f9 il a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour \u00eatre branch\u00e9.
