Polyvance est \u00e9galement un fournisseur de formation reconnu par l\u2019alliance de formation de l\u2019industrie I-CAR\u00a0\u00bb, affirme Kurt Lammon dans un communiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Dans l\u2019\u00e9dition d\u2019octobre 2019 du magazine Collision Reporter, I-CAR r\u00e9sume les nombreux changements apport\u00e9s \u00e0 ses programmes dans les cat\u00e9gories Or et Platine. Pour conserver son statut Or, un atelier devra d\u00e9sormais suivre deux formations pratiques de d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences chaque ann\u00e9e. Heureusement, tous nos cours pratiques \u2013 PR-01, PR-02, et PR-04 \u2013 s\u2019av\u00e8rent des solutions de remplacement valables \u00e0 la formation pratique sur la r\u00e9paration des plastiques d\u2019I-CAR \u00bb, explique-t-il.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019entreprise offre \u00e9galement deux formations vid\u00e9o en ligne permettant aux techniciens d\u2019apprendre \u00e0 leur rythme \u2013 PR-03 et EPR-01. Le cours PR-03 sur la r\u00e9paration des phares vise \u00e0 former les techniciens pour qu\u2019ils puissent d\u00e9terminer la r\u00e9parabilit\u00e9 d\u2019un phare, utiliser un soudeur de plastique \u00e0 l\u2019azote pour fusionner les languettes de fixation et leur rendre leur aspect d\u2019origine.<\/p>\n<p>Le cours EPR-01 sur l\u2019\u00e9valuation des r\u00e9parations des plastiques est con\u00e7u pour les techniciens et les estimateurs en dommages automobiles. Ce cours leur permettra de d\u00e9terminer si une pi\u00e8ce peut \u00eatre r\u00e9par\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Les participants \u00e9tudieront les diff\u00e9rents aspects pouvant influencer la r\u00e9parabilit\u00e9 des pare-chocs en plastiques comme la d\u00e9formation, l\u2019\u00e9tendue des fissures et l\u2019emplacement des dommages. Le dernier module, EPR-01, proposera aux participants une \u00e9chelle de r\u00e9parabilit\u00e9 des pare-chocs en plastique allant de 1 \u00e0 5, 1 \u00e9tant \u00ab tr\u00e8s facile \u00bb et 5 \u00ab impossible \u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab extr\u00eamement difficile \u00bb, selon M.
