L\u2019histoire d\u2019un atelier de Rouyn-Noranda en fait foi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">O<\/span>n fait une pause, on ferme les yeux et on se laisse aller \u00e0 imaginer ce que serait pour soi l\u2019atelier id\u00e9al quant \u00e0 l\u2019allure, la configuration, l\u2019\u00e9quipement, l\u2019expertise, et la fa\u00e7on de le r\u00e9aliser.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Peu ont eu la chance de cr\u00e9er une carrosserie de toutes pi\u00e8ces, comme ce fut le cas en 2018 pour Jean-Jacques Perrier, qui a d\u00fb faire pareil exercice 2 fois en 2 ans. Ouvert il y a 20 mois, le nouvel atelier du Groupe Dion est le troisi\u00e8me en 15 ans dont il a la gouverne, puisqu\u2019il en a configur\u00e9 temporairement un second en raison de l\u2019incendie qui a d\u00e9truit le premier en d\u00e9cembre 2016.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><b>L\u2019atelier id\u00e9al<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Dans le secteur automobile depuis 1994, dont plusieurs ann\u00e9es \u00e0 titre de Directeur des Op\u00e9rations fixes au sein du Groupe Dion, 48 heures lui avaient alors suffi pour reprendre les activit\u00e9s sans faire de mises \u00e0 pied.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Urgence r\u00e9gl\u00e9e, il lui a fallu ouvrir le dossier d\u2019une reconstruction qui devait se faire en fonction des nouvelles pratiques, ainsi que des exigences des prochaines d\u00e9cennies. Premier r\u00e9flexe : appeler le tr\u00e8s regrett\u00e9 Frank Lefebvre, le PPG, dont il a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019un des disciples, afin d\u2019\u00eatre certain que le nouvel atelier correspondrait \u00e0 une gestion optimale.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_65069\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-65069\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-65069\" src=\"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/01-PERRIER-Jean-Jacques-Ph-Client-IMG_5950-2-300x232.jpg\" alt=\"Au Carrossier : Num\u00e9ro 1 sur toute la ligne\" width=\"300\" height=\"232\" srcset=\"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/01-PERRIER-Jean-Jacques-Ph-Client-IMG_5950-2-300x232.jpg 300w, https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/01-PERRIER-Jean-Jacques-Ph-Client-IMG_5950-2-150x116.jpg 150w, https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/01-PERRIER-Jean-Jacques-Ph-Client-IMG_5950-2-500x386.jpg 500w, https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/01-PERRIER-Jean-Jacques-Ph-Client-IMG_5950-2.jpg 535w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-65069\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et copropri\u00e9taire de l\u2019atelier Au Carrossier, Jean-Jacques Perrier est un ma\u00eetre de l\u2019optimisation de tous les aspects de la gestion d\u2019une carrosserie.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p class=\"p4\"><b>Un \u00e9norme d\u00e9fi<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Bien qu\u2019il n\u2019ait pu le concevoir pour que le travail \u00e0 la cha\u00eene se fasse de fa\u00e7on horaire, \u00e0 cause d\u2019une chambre \u00e0 peinture adapt\u00e9e aux camions, remorques et VR, il en a fait un mod\u00e8le exclusif.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Il n\u2019avait d\u2019autre choix que de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 sa mani\u00e8re, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 qu\u2019\u00e0 sa connaissance aucun atelier n\u2019est identique et qu\u2019il n\u2019existe aucun plan conventionnel pour ce genre de b\u00e2timent.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Il affirme qu\u2019il lui a fallu un nombre incalculable d\u2019heures pour concevoir la nouvelle construction avec l\u2019aide d\u2019un architecte, de l\u2019expert en structures, du sp\u00e9cialiste en fondations et d\u2019une d\u00e9coratrice.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><b>S\u00e9curit\u00e9 et efficacit\u00e9<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Tr\u00e8s largement inspir\u00e9 de Frank, pr\u00e9sent \u00e0 l\u2019inauguration, tout a \u00e9t\u00e9 pens\u00e9 afin d\u2019\u00eatre \u00e0 port\u00e9e de main et s\u00e9curitaire ; dont l\u2019espace \u00e0 respecter afin de ne pas entraver la r\u00e9paration et les d\u00e9placements.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Suivant la m\u00eame approche, M.
