Apr\u00e8s avoir t\u00e9l\u00e9charg\u00e9 l\u2019application, les utilisateurs peuvent commander une navette, en pr\u00e9cisant leur position et l\u2019endroit o\u00f9 ils souhaitent aller. Puis, la solution pr\u00e9cise au client \u00e0 quel arr\u00eat il doit se rendre et dans combien de temps pour qu\u2019un v\u00e9hicule passe le chercher.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">\u00ab Ce n\u2019est pas comme un taxi, c\u2019est vraiment une navette, pouvant accueillir plusieurs personnes \u00e0 bord, qui d\u00e9pose et embarque des usagers \u00e0 des arr\u00eats fixes, explique M. Sauvant. La diff\u00e9rence avec le bus r\u00e9gulier, c\u2019est que le client n\u2019a pas \u00e0 s\u2019organiser en fonction d\u2019un horaire de transport pr\u00e9\u00e9tabli et en fonction de trajets pr\u00e9\u00e9tablis ; il peut commander son bus quand il le souhaite et suivre ses d\u00e9placements en temps r\u00e9el. Les itin\u00e9raires sont faits sur demande. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">En effet, une fois que l\u2019utilisateur a pass\u00e9 sa commande, il peut suivre le trajet effectu\u00e9 par la navette, directement sur son t\u00e9l\u00e9phone intelligent, et savoir \u00e0 quel moment elle arrivera \u2013 g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, elle se pr\u00e9sente 10 \u00e0 15 minutes apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 sollicit\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Le bus sur demande, par ailleurs, vient toujours chercher les passagers \u00e0 l\u2019arr\u00eat le plus proche de leur position. Des propositions de trajets du point A au point B sont faites \u00e0 l\u2019usager qui peut choisir lequel lui convient le mieux. L\u2019application lui indique \u00e9galement \u00e0 quelle heure il arrivera \u00e0 la destination convoit\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\"><b>Changer de trajectoire en temps r\u00e9el <\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Il est important de pr\u00e9ciser que l\u2019itin\u00e9raire propos\u00e9 par l\u2019application peut changer si un autre utilisateur demande en cours de route qu\u2019on passe le chercher.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">\u00ab La navette peut bifurquer de sa trajectoire initiale pour aller prendre quelqu\u2019un en chemin. C\u2019est le principe du transport dynamique. Celui-ci s\u2019adapte \u00e0 la situation en temps r\u00e9el \u00bb, rappelle notre intervenant.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Lorsqu\u2019une telle situation survient, l\u2019application envoie au client une notification et lui fait savoir que le trajet sera prolong\u00e9 de quelques minutes pour passer prendre quelqu\u2019un d\u2019autre. Aussi, la solution pr\u00e9sente \u00e0 l\u2019abonn\u00e9 le nouveau trajet qui sera effectu\u00e9 et indique la nouvelle heure d\u2019arriv\u00e9e \u00e0 la destination finale.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">\u00c0 noter que les usagers ont \u00e9galement la possibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9server une course plusieurs jours d\u2019avance.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\"><b>De plus en plus populaire <\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Selon M. Sauvant, l\u2019application Padam comporte plusieurs avantages, \u00e0 condition qu\u2019on la mixe \u00e0 d\u2019autres types d\u2019offres de mobilit\u00e9. \u00c0 Orl\u00e9ans, ajoute-t-il, les services de transport en commun ne r\u00e9pondaient pas ad\u00e9quatement aux besoins des r\u00e9sidents et de la client\u00e8le professionnelle, avant l\u2019implantation du transport dynamique.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">\u00ab Depuis l\u2019instauration de la solution, en septembre 2017, le nombre de personnes qui font appel au service a grimp\u00e9 de 150 %. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">En ce qui concerne les prix, M. Sauvant soutient que ce sont les villes qui d\u00e9cident des tarifs et des modes de paiement. Souvent, dit-il, le service est inclus avec la passe de transport en commun r\u00e9guli\u00e8re. \u00ab Parfois, un suppl\u00e9ment peut \u00eatre demand\u00e9, mais le but, c\u2019est d\u2019offrir un service accessible et abordable. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Prochaine \u00e9tape\u2026 des navettes autonomes sur demande qui viennent nous chercher \u00e0 la porte ?
