Cette annonce pr\u00e9c\u00e8de son introduction en bourse pr\u00e9vue le 1er d\u00e9cembre 2026, actant l&rsquo;ind\u00e9pendance commerciale et op\u00e9rationnelle compl\u00e8te de cette entit\u00e9 sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans les composants du groupe motopropulseur, de ch\u00e2ssis et de roulements pour v\u00e9hicules.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span>Pour les marchands de pi\u00e8ces de rechange, gestionnaires de parcs et directeurs d&rsquo;ateliers m\u00e9caniques au Qu\u00e9bec et au Canada, cette s\u00e9paration corporative soul\u00e8ve des questions directes sur la logistique d&rsquo;approvisionnement et le r\u00e9f\u00e9rencement des pi\u00e8ces. Les gestionnaires d&rsquo;inventaire devront s&rsquo;assurer que la transition de marque ne perturbera ni la num\u00e9rotation des pi\u00e8ces au catalogue, ni les d\u00e9lais de livraison des roulements de roues et composants connexes couramment install\u00e9s sur les ponts \u00e9l\u00e9vateurs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span>Selon Kerstin Enochsson, chef de la direction de SKF Vertevo, l&rsquo;entreprise conservera son expertise technique tout en focalisant ses investissements sur les exigences futures de la mobilit\u00e9 et de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectrification.
