Depuis l&rsquo;acquisition de 42 centres de vidange d&rsquo;huile \u00e0 Minneapolis en 1986, l&rsquo;entreprise a b\u00e2ti un r\u00e9seau regroupant aujourd&rsquo;hui plus de 2 500 \u00e9tablissements sous enseigne aux \u00c9tats-Unis et au Canada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span>Sous la direction de Lori Flees, l&rsquo;entreprise acc\u00e9l\u00e8re son plan d&rsquo;expansion avec l&rsquo;objectif d&rsquo;atteindre plus de 3 500 ateliers de services rapides en Am\u00e9rique du Nord. Pour les acteurs canadiens du march\u00e9 secondaire de l&rsquo;automobile, cette croissance soutenue des r\u00e9seaux de vidange sans rendez-vous refl\u00e8te le vieillissement du parc automobile et la complexit\u00e9 croissante des v\u00e9hicules, des facteurs qui incitent les propri\u00e9taires \u00e0 prolonger la dur\u00e9e de vie de leurs actifs par un entretien pr\u00e9ventif r\u00e9gulier.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span>L&rsquo;\u00e9volution du mod\u00e8le d&rsquo;affaires repose \u00e9galement sur la promotion interne et la formation technique de ses 13 500 employ\u00e9s, environ 95 % des g\u00e9rants de succursales ayant d\u00e9but\u00e9 comme techniciens de niveau d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e.
