Le technicien suivant h\u00e9rite d’une vague note du genre \u00ab probl\u00e8me de module \u00bb, \u00ab programmation requise \u00bb ou \u00ab probl\u00e8me \u00e9lectrique \u00bb, mais pas des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de preuve qui ont men\u00e9 \u00e0 cette conclusion.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

R\u00e9sultat : au lieu de poursuivre la r\u00e9paration, on repart de z\u00e9ro.<\/span><\/p>\n

Un transfert efficace r\u00e9pond \u00e0 une seule question : qu’a besoin de savoir le technicien suivant pour \u00e9viter de refaire le m\u00eame travail ?<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00c9tat initial du v\u00e9hicule<\/span><\/p>\n

Notez d’abord l’\u00e9tat du v\u00e9hicule au d\u00e9but des essais. La tension de la batterie \u00e9tait-elle stable ? A-t-il subi un survoltage r\u00e9cemment ? Y avait-il des codes de r\u00e9seau ? Quels modules r\u00e9pondaient ou non ? Si le probl\u00e8me \u00e9tait intermittent, dans quelles conditions se manifestait-il ?<\/span><\/p>\n

Ces pr\u00e9cisions \u00e9vitent bien des pi\u00e8ges. Une baisse de tension peut g\u00e9n\u00e9rer plusieurs codes d\u2019erreur \u00e0 la fois. Red\u00e9marrer le v\u00e9hicule peut masquer un sympt\u00f4me, tandis qu’effacer les codes risque de d\u00e9truire l’historique des \u00e9v\u00e9nements.<\/span><\/p>\n

Le transfert doit garder une trace de la panne d’origine. Prenez note les codes d’anomalie avant de les effacer, sauvegardez les donn\u00e9es enregistr\u00e9es (\u00ab freeze frame \u00bb) lorsqu’elles sont disponibles et indiquez si le d\u00e9faut \u00e9tait actif, enregistr\u00e9 ou historique. Et si vous avez utilis\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es en direct, notez les valeurs observ\u00e9es, pas seulement votre verdict.<\/span><\/p>\n

La m\u00eame r\u00e8gle s’applique aux essais d\u00e9j\u00e0 effectu\u00e9s. La mention \u00ab v\u00e9rification du c\u00e2blage \u00bb ne suffit pas. Quel circuit a \u00e9t\u00e9 v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 ? La chute de tension a-t-elle \u00e9t\u00e9 mesur\u00e9e sous charge ? La continuit\u00e9 a-t-elle \u00e9t\u00e9 contr\u00f4l\u00e9e avec le composant d\u00e9connect\u00e9 ? Le fait de bouger le faisceau a-t-il modifi\u00e9 le sympt\u00f4me ? Une note courte et pr\u00e9cise peut \u00e9viter au technicien suivant de r\u00e9p\u00e9ter une heure de travail.<\/span><\/p>\n

Donn\u00e9es command\u00e9es par opposition aux donn\u00e9es r\u00e9elles<\/span><\/p>\n

Comparer les valeurs command\u00e9es et les valeurs r\u00e9elles apporte aussi un \u00e9clairage pr\u00e9cieux. Si le module envoyait une commande mais que la pi\u00e8ce n’a pas r\u00e9agi, il faut le consigner au dossier. Cela \u00e9vite de confondre un souci de commande avec un probl\u00e8me de composant ou de circuit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Il est tout aussi important de documenter ce qui a chang\u00e9 apr\u00e8s chaque \u00e9tape. Si un connecteur a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9par\u00e9 et que la communication est revenue, mentionnez-le. Si un module a \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9 mais que le sympt\u00f4me d’origine a persist\u00e9, notez-le. Si une proc\u00e9dure d’apprentissage ou de configuration a modifi\u00e9 le comportement, indiquez le r\u00e9sultat avant et apr\u00e8s.<\/span><\/p>\n

Un horodatage peut aussi \u00eatre utile. Si le sympt\u00f4me a chang\u00e9 apr\u00e8s une recharge de batterie, une proc\u00e9dure logicielle, un essai routier ou un cycle d’allumage, l’enregistrement du moment o\u00f9 cela s’est produit offre \u00e0 la personne suivante une chronologie simple au lieu d’un ensemble d’observations d\u00e9cousues.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pour les ateliers qui sous-traitent tout ce qui concerne la programmation, le diagnostic avanc\u00e9, l’\u00e9lectronique de carrosserie ou les travaux sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s, ce genre de transfert peut faire gagner du temps aux deux parties. Le technicien r\u00e9cepteur obtient un point de d\u00e9part plus clair, et l’atelier exp\u00e9diteur re\u00e7oit une meilleure explication de ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 fait et pourquoi.<\/span><\/p>\n

Un transfert simple<\/span><\/p>\n

Cela ne n\u00e9cessite pas un rapport complexe. Un transfert de diagnostic utile peut tenir sur une seule page comprenant six \u00e9l\u00e9ments : la plainte du client, l’\u00e9tat initial du v\u00e9hicule, les donn\u00e9es de d\u00e9faut, les essais effectu\u00e9s, les modifications apport\u00e9es et l’\u00e9tat actuel du v\u00e9hicule.<\/span><\/p>\n

L’objectif n’est pas d’augmenter la paperasse. L’objectif est la continuit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n

La r\u00e9paration automobile moderne se fait de plus en plus en collaboration. Un atelier peut s’occuper de la m\u00e9canique, un autre r\u00e9aliser la programmation ou la configuration, et un sp\u00e9cialiste intervenir lorsque le probl\u00e8me touche plusieurs syst\u00e8mes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Quand c’est le cas, l’historique de diagnostic doit accompagner le v\u00e9hicule.<\/span><\/p>\n
