Outre ce passage important de flambeau, l\u2019\u00e9quipe technique du fournisseur mondial d’outils et de mat\u00e9riel de refinition automobile avaient plusieurs nouveaut\u00e9s \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter aux journalistes \u00e9trangers de passage pour l’occasion.<\/span><\/p>\n

Le th\u00e8me de la pr\u00e9sentation gravait autour du constat que face \u00e0 une r\u00e9duction des volumes de v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 r\u00e9parer notamment \u00e0 cause de l’efficacit\u00e9 des syst\u00e8mes avanc\u00e9s d’aide \u00e0 la conduite, les ateliers de carrosserie doivent j’ai ri avec beaucoup de finesse leurs op\u00e9rations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ainsi un bon moment a \u00e9t\u00e9 consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sentation de l’armoire intelligente Repair Stack accessible aux techniciens par un identifiant \u00e9lectronique et qui mesure en temps r\u00e9el l’utilisation du mat\u00e9riel et les inventaires. Comme le mentionnaient les sp\u00e9cialistes de 3M, cette armoire permet des commandes automatis\u00e9es mais aussi d’attribuer \u00e0 chaque bon de travail le mat\u00e9riel utilis\u00e9 tout comme \u00e0 identifier les besoins de formation de techniciens qui utiliseraient du mat\u00e9riel \u00e0 trop fort volume.<\/span><\/p>\n

Le reste de la pr\u00e9sentation a permis de voir les avanc\u00e9es techniques de 3M en mati\u00e8re de pistolets \u00e0 peinture, plus polyvalents et faciles \u00e0 entretenir, ou encore des syst\u00e8mes d’application de scellants et d’adh\u00e9sifs dont les formulations ont \u00e9volu\u00e9 et tout comme les m\u00e9thodes d’application. \u00c9videmment la visite comportait \u00e9galement des explications sur la nouvelle mouture des abrasifs pour la pr\u00e9paration des surfaces, un mat\u00e9riel dont la qualit\u00e9 contribue \u00e0 la r\u00e9putation de 3M.<\/span><\/p>\n
