Brazeau apporte plusieurs d\u00e9cennies d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience en gestion d&rsquo;associations et en leadership strat\u00e9gique.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span>Marc Brazeau a r\u00e9cemment pris sa retraite de l&rsquo;Association des chemins de fer du Canada (ACFC), qu&rsquo;il a dirig\u00e9e pendant pr\u00e8s de sept ans \u00e0 titre de pr\u00e9sident-directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Auparavant, il a marqu\u00e9 le secteur automobile en passant de nombreuses ann\u00e9es \u00e0 la t\u00eate de l&rsquo;AIA Canada, o\u00f9 il a men\u00e9 des campagnes d&rsquo;envergure telles que <\/span><em>Mon auto, j&rsquo;en mange<\/em><span> (<\/span><em>Be Car Care Aware<\/em><span>), le dossier du Droit de r\u00e9parer aupr\u00e8s des instances gouvernementales, ainsi que la d\u00e9duction fiscale pour l&rsquo;achat d&rsquo;outils des techniciens. Il a \u00e9galement occup\u00e9 le poste de vice-pr\u00e9sident des ventes et du marketing chez Uni-S\u00e9lect inc., o\u00f9 il a notamment orchestr\u00e9 le d\u00e9ploiement national de la marque Bumper to Bumper.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span>Cette nomination intervient alors qu&rsquo;AARO poursuit sa transition, passant de ses racines ontariennes \u00e0 une repr\u00e9sentation nationale structur\u00e9e des ateliers de m\u00e9canique et de r\u00e9paration ind\u00e9pendants \u00e0 travers le Canada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Une collaboration \u00e9prouv\u00e9e pour la croissance nationale<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span>Chez AARO, Marc Brazeau travaillera en \u00e9troite collaboration avec la directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale Patty Kettles, avec qui il a \u0153uvr\u00e9 pendant plus de 20 ans au sein de l&rsquo;industrie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span>\u00ab Marc est un leader chevronn\u00e9 qui comprend parfaitement le march\u00e9 secondaire et la valeur qu&rsquo;une association doit apporter aux ateliers de r\u00e9paration, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Patty Kettles, directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale d&rsquo;AARO.
