La transaction a \u00e9t\u00e9 conclue dans le cadre du processus de mise sous s\u00e9questre supervis\u00e9 par les tribunaux.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span>Plut\u00f4t que de reprendre l&rsquo;ensemble des actifs, Holand a travaill\u00e9 conjointement avec le s\u00e9questre afin d&rsquo;isoler et d&rsquo;acqu\u00e9rir sp\u00e9cifiquement les contrats de location correspondant \u00e0 son cr\u00e9neau ultra-luxe et aux marques repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es par le groupe.
