McCarthy et son \u00e9pouse Angela ont annonc\u00e9 la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un fonds de bourses d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes comm\u00e9moratif. Ce fonds rend hommage \u00e0 leurs grands-p\u00e8res respectifs, Dominic Molfese et Ralph McCabe, qui ont tous deux consacr\u00e9 leur carri\u00e8re aux m\u00e9tiers de la r\u00e9paration et de l&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie automobile, notamment au d\u00e9veloppement du c\u00e9l\u00e8bre moteur V8 <\/span><em>Small-Block<\/em><span> de Chevrolet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span>Cette implication met en lumi\u00e8re les efforts intensifi\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle nord-am\u00e9ricaine pour contrer la p\u00e9nurie de main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e en injectant des capitaux priv\u00e9s directement dans les programmes de formation technique. En finan\u00e7ant ainsi la rel\u00e8ve, les bourses de l\u2019UAF permettent \u00e0 des \u00e9tudiants d&rsquo;obtenir une aide financi\u00e8re cruciale pour entreprendre ou perfectionner leurs
