Cette alliance donne naissance \u00e0 une nouvelle entit\u00e9 de fabrication de capteurs automobiles baptis\u00e9e Techstrong Electronics (Thailand) Company Limited (\u00ab SMP Techstrong \u00bb).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span>Par cet investissement strat\u00e9gique, SMP acquiert une participation directe de 50 % dans les installations de ce fournisseur \u00e9tabli en Tha\u00eflande. Cette transaction permettra au fabricant de prendre un contr\u00f4le direct sur le d\u00e9veloppement, le contr\u00f4le de la qualit\u00e9 et les d\u00e9lais de livraison d&rsquo;une vaste gamme de capteurs \u00e9lectroniques de gestion moteur, des pi\u00e8ces cruciales pour le march\u00e9 secondaire.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span>Pour les magasins de pi\u00e8ces et les techniciens automobiles du Qu\u00e9bec et du Canada, cette restructuration industrielle est une excellente nouvelle.
