En vertu de cet accord, l&rsquo;ensemble des employ\u00e9s et les cofondateurs de WrenchWay se joignent aux \u00e9quipes de l&rsquo;ASE.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span>Cette transaction d\u00e9coule du succ\u00e8s de leur r\u00e9cent projet conjoint, <\/span><em>ASE Connects<\/em><span>, lanc\u00e9 plus t\u00f4t cette ann\u00e9e. Cette plateforme num\u00e9rique vise \u00e0 mailler les \u00e9tablissements d&rsquo;enseignement technique (\u00e9coles de m\u00e9canique et de carrosserie) avec le secteur priv\u00e9 (ateliers ind\u00e9pendants, concessions et gestionnaires de parcs). Elle int\u00e8gre \u00e9galement l&rsquo;un des plus importants r\u00e9pertoires de donn\u00e9es anonymis\u00e9es sur les conditions de travail, les structures de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration et les taux horaires de l&rsquo;industrie, un outil d&rsquo;analyse indispensable pour les gestionnaires d\u2019ici.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span>\u00ab Moderniser l&rsquo;ASE a toujours signifi\u00e9 plus que de simplement mettre \u00e0 jour nos examens de certification. Cela implique de repenser notre fa\u00e7on de servir les techniciens, les ateliers et la prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration qui int\u00e8gre le m\u00e9tier \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Dave Johnson, pr\u00e9sident et chef de la direction de l&rsquo;ASE.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span>Cette int\u00e9gration centralisera les efforts de recrutement et de mentorat de la rel\u00e8ve.
