Un peu plus t\u00f4t ce printemps, un client nous a contact\u00e9s car il avait re\u00e7u un diagnostic pour sa voiture qu\u2019il avait de la difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 accepter. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Sa E-Golf 2018 ne se rechargeait plus. Et l\u2019endroit avec lequel il avait fait affaire avait condamn\u00e9 le chargeur embarqu\u00e9 de l\u2019auto. Malheureusement, cette pi\u00e8ce n\u2019\u00e9tant plus disponible, le concessionnaire \u00e9tait rendu \u00e0 court d\u2019options, except\u00e9 de r\u00e9f\u00e9rer le client \u00e0 notre atelier. Un probl\u00e8me sans solution ?<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n

Une fois le connecteur du chargeur embarqu\u00e9 d\u00e9branch\u00e9, on a pu confirmer la continuit\u00e9 des fils jusqu\u2019au port de recharge.\u00a0 <\/span>Il ne reste qu\u2019\u00e0 annoncer la mauvaise nouvelle au client, le chargeur est endommag\u00e9 de l\u2019int\u00e9rieur.\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00c0 la livraison du v\u00e9hicule, j\u2019ai clairement inform\u00e9 le client que dans sa malchance, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 extr\u00eamement chanceux car la r\u00e9paration de bris internes de pi\u00e8ces complexes comme un chargeur embarqu\u00e9 est souvent plus dispendieuse que la pi\u00e8ce elle-m\u00eame ou simplement impossible \u00e0 effectuer.\u00a0 <\/span>En fait, je lui ai recommand\u00e9 d\u2019aller s\u2019acheter un 6\/49 tellement il \u00e9tait chanceux.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
