Quarante-cinq pilotes se sont disput\u00e9 la victoire au cours de deux heures de course en formule endurance. L\u2019organisme convertit ainsi le plaisir en levier de financement pour valoriser les m\u00e9tiers du secteur.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none;\">Le format choisi corse l\u2019exp\u00e9rience habituelle du karting. Chaque \u00e9quipe de trois ou quatre membres se relaie au volant d\u2019un m\u00eame bolide pendant 120 minutes, avec changements \u00e0 la vol\u00e9e. Innoviste, anciennement le CSMO Auto, voulait sortir de la formule classique du tournoi de golf d\u00e9j\u00e0 fr\u00e9quente dans l\u2019industrie. Le circuit SC Performance Karting a accueilli les participants et accompagn\u00e9 les organisateurs de bout en bout.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none;\">Genevi\u00e8ve Ethier, directrice des communications et TI chez Innoviste, porte l\u2019initiative. Adepte de karting dans sa vie personnelle, Mme Ethier souhaitait offrir aux ateliers un rendez-vous f\u00e9d\u00e9rateur, \u00e0 la fois sportif et convivial. Daniel Houle, directeur de la formation au CPA des Cantons-de-l\u2019Est, animait toute la dur\u00e9e de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement. Des jeux gonflables divertissaient les enfants pendant que les pilotes bataillaient en piste devant quelques spectateurs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none;\">La journ\u00e9e a encha\u00een\u00e9 l\u2019accueil, les qualifications, la course, un cocktail, un souper et la remise des prix. Carrosserie Yamaska a rafl\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re marche du podium, tandis que Pi\u00e8ces d\u2019Auto Super a d\u00e9croch\u00e9 la deuxi\u00e8me place. Les Ateliers Dominique Leclerc et Camions Dubois, deux entreprises de Saint-Jean-Baptiste, se sont alli\u00e9s pour signer la troisi\u00e8me position.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Carburer aux d\u00e9fis<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none;\">Les profits amass\u00e9s alimenteront <\/span><span style=\"font-style: italic; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none;\">Carbure aux d\u00e9fis<\/span><span style=\"font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none;\">, la campagne phare d\u2019Innoviste pour valoriser les m\u00e9tiers de l\u2019industrie automobile. De 2023 \u00e0 2025, la Commission des partenaires du march\u00e9 du travail a appuy\u00e9 financi\u00e8rement le d\u00e9veloppement de cette initiative. Les fonds ont permis de sillonner les \u00e9coles secondaires, de produire du contenu num\u00e9rique et de rejoindre les jeunes sur leurs plateformes habituelles. Les inscriptions dans les DEP du secteur ont grimp\u00e9 de 19,5 % entre 2023-2024 et 2024-2025.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none;\">Priv\u00e9e de ce soutien public, l\u2019organisation mise d\u00e9sormais sur l\u2019engagement direct de l\u2019industrie pour poursuivre la mission. Les participants \u00e0 l\u2019Enduro Kart provenaient justement de tous les horizons, soit la carrosserie, la m\u00e9canique automobile, le v\u00e9hicule lourd ainsi que diverses associations. Le potentiel maximal de 25 \u00e9quipes n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 atteint d\u00e8s cette premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition, mais le pari du rassemblement a tenu la route. Les profits r\u00e9colt\u00e9s constituent un premier jalon pour p\u00e9renniser la campagne.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none;\">Le souhait d\u2019une suite a fus\u00e9 d\u00e8s la soir\u00e9e de remise des prix, autant chez les concurrents que chez l\u2019organisme. Innoviste envisage de s\u2019associer \u00e0 davantage de partenaires pour amener l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement \u00e0 un autre niveau. La r\u00e9flexion porte aussi sur le calendrier, la fin juin co\u00efncidant avec le dernier sprint des pneus et le d\u00e9but des vacances estivales.
