Au fil de sa carri\u00e8re, elle a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une expertise approfondie en estimation, travaillant notamment en \u00e9troite collaboration avec des assureurs nationaux de premier plan.<\/p>\n<p>Ce parcours diversifi\u00e9, qui combine une fine connaissance des exigences des assureurs et une solide ma\u00eetrise des op\u00e9rations en atelier de carrosserie, lui conf\u00e8re une vision \u00e0 360 degr\u00e9s de l&rsquo;industrie. Elle poss\u00e8de ainsi une compr\u00e9hension compl\u00e8te et unique des enjeux cruciaux li\u00e9s \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 des \u00e9valuations, au respect des d\u00e9lais et \u00e0 l\u2019excellence de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client.<\/p>\n<h3>Un renforcement strat\u00e9gique pour le r\u00e9seau<\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019arriv\u00e9e de Karine \u00c9l\u00e9ment s\u2019inscrit directement dans la volont\u00e9 de CARSTAR Qu\u00e9bec de muscler ses capacit\u00e9s op\u00e9rationnelles et de s&rsquo;aligner continuellement sur les meilleures pratiques du march\u00e9, tout particuli\u00e8rement en mati\u00e8re d\u2019estimation et d\u2019optimisation des processus.<\/p>\n<p>En plus de ses fonctions de gestionnaire, elle agira comme la r\u00e9f\u00e9rence officielle en estimation et en pratiques d\u2019\u00e9valuation pour l\u2019ensemble du r\u00e9seau qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois.
