La plus r\u00e9cente publication de l&rsquo;entreprise r\u00e9v\u00e8le une \u00e9volution des tendances en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9clamations pour les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques, ce qui pose de nouveaux d\u00e9fis aux assureurs et aux r\u00e9parateurs concernant l&rsquo;exposition aux risques, les d\u00e9lais de traitement et la complexit\u00e9 des r\u00e9parations.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\">Au premier trimestre, la part des r\u00e9clamations de collision r\u00e9parables pour les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques \u00e0 batterie (BEV) est rest\u00e9e stable \u00e0 <b data-path-to-node=\"4\" data-index-in-node=\"139\">3,33 %<\/b> aux \u00c9tats-Unis et \u00e0 <b data-path-to-node=\"4\" data-index-in-node=\"166\">4,94 %<\/b> au Canada. Parall\u00e8lement, les r\u00e9clamations pour les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques hybrides l\u00e9gers (MHEV) ont atteint des sommets historiques \u2014 <b data-path-to-node=\"4\" data-index-in-node=\"308\">5,69 %<\/b> aux \u00c9tats-Unis et <b data-path-to-node=\"4\" data-index-in-node=\"333\">5,28 %<\/b> au Canada \u2014, ce qui repr\u00e9sente des augmentations d&rsquo;une ann\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;autre de 25 % et 33 %, respectivement.<\/p>\n<blockquote data-path-to-node=\"5\">\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,0\">\u00ab L&rsquo;\u00e9lectrification ne ralentit pas, elle \u00e9volue. M\u00eame si les ventes de BEV s&rsquo;essoufflent, le nombre de v\u00e9hicules hybrides sur les routes augmente, et cela se refl\u00e8te clairement dans la hausse des r\u00e9clamations de collision pour les hybrides. Pour les r\u00e9parateurs, cela ajoute de la complexit\u00e9 en exigeant des outils suppl\u00e9mentaires, des op\u00e9rations de main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre accrues et des formations sp\u00e9cifiques pour garantir une r\u00e9paration ad\u00e9quate et s\u00e9curitaire. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,0\">\u2014 <b data-path-to-node=\"5,0\" data-index-in-node=\"460\">Ryan Mandell<\/b>, vice-pr\u00e9sident de la strat\u00e9gie et de l&rsquo;intelligence de march\u00e9 chez Mitchell<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\">Le rapport d\u00e9signe l&rsquo;augmentation du co\u00fbt du carburant et l&rsquo;instabilit\u00e9 g\u00e9opolitique au Moyen-Orient comme les principaux facteurs stimulant l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat des consommateurs pour les hybrides, tandis que les contraintes d&rsquo;approvisionnement, les tarifs d&rsquo;importation et l&rsquo;expiration des incitatifs fiscaux f\u00e9d\u00e9raux ont ralenti le taux d&rsquo;adoption des BEV. Malgr\u00e9 ce ralentissement \u00e0 court terme, on s&rsquo;attend toujours \u00e0 ce que les BEV atteignent environ 29 % des ventes de v\u00e9hicules neufs et un peu plus de 10 % du parc automobile en circulation d&rsquo;ici 2035.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"7\">Faits saillants du rapport (T1 2026)<\/h3>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"8\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Fr\u00e9quence des pertes totales :<\/b> Environ 12 % des r\u00e9clamations de collision pour les BEV ont entra\u00een\u00e9 une d\u00e9signation de perte totale, contre 13 % pour les v\u00e9hicules neufs \u00e0 moteur \u00e0 combustion interne (ICE) de moins de six ans.
