De nos jours, les technologies avancent tellement rapidement que la formation en m\u00e9canique devient de plus en plus incompl\u00e8te. Mais comment attirer et fid\u00e9liser la nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de techniciens dans un secteur de la m\u00e9canique en pleine mutation technologique ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

La formation continue est la cl\u00e9 du succ\u00e8s. Les D.E.P. en m\u00e9canique offrent une bonne formation de base en condensant les modules autant que possible. Cependant, les mises \u00e0 jour avancent si rapidement que cette formation devient rapidement d\u00e9pass\u00e9e. Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des moteurs thermiques, des moteurs \u00e9lectriques, ainsi que des transmissions de plus en plus complexes, nos formateurs sont confront\u00e9s \u00e0 de nombreux d\u00e9fis.<\/p>\n

Pour ma part, depuis plus de 25 ans dans le domaine de la m\u00e9canique, j’aime m’informer des am\u00e9liorations \u00e0 venir, des technologies pr\u00e9sentes ou futures (m\u00eame celles qui ne verront pas le jour), et me tenir au courant des avanc\u00e9es et des d\u00e9couvertes en cours d’essai.
