Il s\u2019agit plut\u00f4t d\u2019un v\u00e9ritable exercice d\u2019\u00e9quilibre.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019image mentale que l\u2019on pouvait se faire auparavant d\u2019un r\u00f4le de direction dans une concession est devenue caduque en l\u2019espace de quelques ann\u00e9es, Dor\u00e9navant, le leadership implique, en plus de la pression constante li\u00e9e \u00e0 la performance, la transformation des attentes des employ\u00e9s, l\u2019arriv\u00e9e acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e de l\u2019intelligence artificielle et la cohabitation de plusieurs g\u00e9n\u00e9rations sous un m\u00eame toit.<\/p>\n<p>Les comp\u00e9tences qui faisaient un bon gestionnaire il y a 10 ou 15 ans demeurent pertinentes, mais elles ne suffisent plus. Le leadership d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui s\u2019inscrit dans une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 beaucoup plus nuanc\u00e9e, o\u00f9 l\u2019humain, la technologie et la culture organisationnelle s\u2019entrecroisent au quotidien.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le d\u00e9fi multig\u00e9n\u00e9rationnel<br \/>\n<\/strong>Les concessions regroupent d\u00e9sormais jusqu\u2019\u00e0 quatre g\u00e9n\u00e9rations\u202f: baby\u2011boomers, g\u00e9n\u00e9ration\u202fX, mill\u00e9niaux et g\u00e9n\u00e9ration\u202fZ. Chacune d\u2019entre elles arrive avec ses rep\u00e8res, son rapport \u00e0 l\u2019autorit\u00e9 et ses attentes en mati\u00e8re de reconnaissance et de flexibilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Alors que certains employ\u00e9s valorisent la stabilit\u00e9, la loyaut\u00e9 et l\u2019exp\u00e9rience acquise, d\u2019autres recherchent davantage de r\u00e9troaction, de possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019avancement ou de r\u00e9orientation, de sens et d\u2019\u00e9quilibre. Pour les gestionnaires, le d\u00e9fi ne consiste plus \u00e0 appliquer une approche unique, mais \u00e0 ajuster leur posture en continu, tout en maintenant un cadre clair et coh\u00e9rent. Cela n\u2019est pas simple.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La gestion de personnalit\u00e9s fortes<br \/>\n<\/strong><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0em;\">Le milieu automobile attire historiquement des profils orient\u00e9s vers l\u2019action, la performance et la prise de d\u00e9cision rapide. Si ces qualit\u00e9s constituent un levier puissant, elles peuvent aussi devenir une source de tensions si elles sont mal encadr\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>En 2026, les gestionnaires sont ainsi de plus en plus appel\u00e9s \u00e0 jouer un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans la pr\u00e9vention des conflits, la qualit\u00e9 du climat de travail et la sant\u00e9 psychologique des \u00e9quipes. D\u00e9tecter les signaux faibles, intervenir plus t\u00f4t et favoriser une communication saine font d\u00e9sormais partie int\u00e9grante des responsabilit\u00e9s de gestion. L\u2019intelligence \u00e9motionnelle n\u2019est plus un simple atout\u00a0; elle devient une comp\u00e9tence essentielle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le leadership dans un rythme op\u00e9rationnel fragment\u00e9<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u00c0 cette complexit\u00e9 humaine s\u2019ajoute une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 bien concr\u00e8te propre au secteur automobile\u00a0: un rythme op\u00e9rationnel fragment\u00e9, marqu\u00e9 par l\u2019urgence, les p\u00e9riodes de pointe et une pression constante sur les r\u00e9sultats. Pour plusieurs gestionnaires, le leadership ne s\u2019exerce plus dans des moments planifi\u00e9s, mais entre deux dossiers, deux clients ou deux impr\u00e9vus.<\/p>\n<p>Cette fragmentation rend plus difficile la prise de recul et la coh\u00e9rence des d\u00e9cisions. En 2026, diriger efficacement en concession ne consiste donc pas seulement \u00e0 g\u00e9rer les op\u00e9rations, mais aussi \u00e0 rester intentionnel dans sa fa\u00e7on de communiquer, de mobiliser et d\u2019intervenir, m\u00eame lorsque le temps manque.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019intelligence artificielle : un nouveau r\u00f4le \u00e0 jouer<br \/>\n<\/strong>L\u2019intelligence artificielle s\u2019impose progressivement dans les concessions, qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse de l\u2019analyse de donn\u00e9es, du marketing, du service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le ou de l\u2019optimisation des processus. Si ces outils promettent des gains importants en termes de productivit\u00e9, ils soul\u00e8vent aussi des enjeux humains.<\/p>\n<p>Les gestionnaires doivent par cons\u00e9quent composer avec les craintes li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019automatisation, l\u2019\u00e9volution des r\u00f4les et l\u2019adaptation des comp\u00e9tences. Ils doivent donner du sens au travail r\u00e9alis\u00e9, expliquer les changements et rappeler que la technologie demeure un outil au service de l\u2019humain. D\u2019ailleurs, paradoxalement, plus la technologie progresse, plus le r\u00f4le du leader devient humain.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Structurer le d\u00e9veloppement des gestionnaires<br \/>\n<\/strong>Face \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble de ces d\u00e9fis, de plus en plus de concessions reconnaissent la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019encourager et d\u2019accompagner le d\u00e9veloppement de leurs gestionnaires. L\u2019apprentissage uniquement \u00ab\u00a0sur le tas\u00a0\u00bb montre ses limites dans un environnement o\u00f9 les enjeux humains, organisationnels et technologiques se multiplient.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est dans ce contexte qu\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis sur pied un programme de leadership par la Corporation des Concessionnaires d\u2019automobiles de Montr\u00e9al (CCAM), sp\u00e9cifiquement con\u00e7u pour les gestionnaires de concessions automobiles. Le <span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccam.qc.ca\/1036\/programme-elite-ccam\"><strong>Programme \u00c9lite<\/strong><\/a><\/span> propose un parcours structur\u00e9 sur plusieurs mois, combinant des formations en petits groupes, des \u00e9changes entre pairs et l\u2019utilisation d\u2019un outil psychom\u00e9trique approfondi, dont les r\u00e9sultats sont analys\u00e9s lors d\u2019une rencontre individuelle personnalis\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Les contenus du Programme abordent des enjeux bien ancr\u00e9s dans la r\u00e9alit\u00e9\u00a0: posture de leader, communication, mobilisation d\u2019\u00e9quipes multig\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelles, gestion des personnalit\u00e9s et sant\u00e9 mentale au travail. Pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par iA Services aux concessionnaires, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour s\u2019adapter au rythme r\u00e9el des concessions, avec des horaires tenant compte des p\u00e9riodes de pointe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Red\u00e9finir le leadership en concession<br \/>\n<\/strong>En 2026, le gestionnaire en concession n\u2019est plus seulement un expert des chiffres ou des op\u00e9rations.
