0em;\"><span class=\"citation-484\"><\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"25,5\" style=\"letter-spacing: 0em;\"><span class=\"citation-484\">Stellantis a r\u00e9cemment vendu sa participation de 49 % \u00e0 LG, et l&rsquo;entreprise s&rsquo;est r\u00e9orient\u00e9e vers les syst\u00e8mes de stockage d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie en raison d&rsquo;un ralentissement du march\u00e9 des V\u00c9<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"25,6\" style=\"letter-spacing: 0em;\"><span class=\"citation-484 citation-end-484\"><\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"25,7\" progresse vers son ach\u00e8vement, mais avec les difficult\u00e9s actuelles de Volkswagen, nous ne savons pas si l&rsquo;usine atteindra sa pleine capacit\u00e9 de production et ses objectifs d&#8217;emploi<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"25,10\" style=\"letter-spacing: 0em;\"><span class=\"citation-483 citation-end-483\"><\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"25,11\" style=\"letter-spacing: 0em;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"p-rc_314b471917738a6c-196\" data-path-to-node=\"26\"><span data-path-to-node=\"26,0\"><span class=\"citation-482\"><\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"26,1\"><span class=\"citation-482\">Ces deux usines b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient de milliards de dollars en soutien financier de la part des divers paliers de gouvernement<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"26,2\"><span class=\"citation-482 citation-end-482\"><\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"26,3\">. \u00c0 qui profitent toutes ces d\u00e9penses ? <\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"26,4\"><span class=\"citation-481\"><\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"26,5\"><span class=\"citation-481\">Une seule partie sera le principal b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire de nos milliards de dollars d&rsquo;investissements\u2026 la Chine<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"26,6\"><span class=\"citation-481 citation-end-481\"><\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"26,7\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"p-rc_314b471917738a6c-197\" data-path-to-node=\"27\"><span data-path-to-node=\"27,0\"><span class=\"citation-480\"><\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"27,1\"><span class=\"citation-480\">Pour fabriquer une batterie au lithium-ion, quatre composants essentiels sont requis : une cathode, une anode, un s\u00e9parateur et un \u00e9lectrolyte<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"27,2\"><span class=\"citation-480 citation-end-480\"><\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"27,3\">. <\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"27,4\"><span class=\"citation-479\"><\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"27,5\"><span class=\"citation-479\">La plupart des usines d&rsquo;assemblage de batteries d\u00e9pendent de fournisseurs d&rsquo;un seul pays pour ces composants\u2026 la Chine<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"27,6\"><span class=\"citation-479 citation-end-479\"><\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"27,7\">. <\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"27,8\"><span class=\"citation-478\"><\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"27,9\"><span class=\"citation-478\">La Chine domine la production mondiale de cathodes<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"27,10\"><span class=\"citation-478 citation-end-478\"><\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"27,11\">. <\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"27,12\"><span class=\"citation-477\"><\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"27,13\"><span class=\"citation-477\">Elle jouit d&rsquo;un quasi-monopole sur la production de mat\u00e9riaux de cathode LFP (lithium-fer-phosphate)<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"27,14\"><span class=\"citation-477 citation-end-477\"><\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"27,15\">. <\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"27,16\"><span class=\"citation-476\"><\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"27,17\"><span class=\"citation-476\">Les entreprises chinoises, fortement soutenues par des subventions gouvernementales impossibles \u00e0 \u00e9galer en Occident, dominent le traitement interm\u00e9diaire des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res en cathodes, ce qui rend la concurrence quasi impossible pour les entreprises occidentales<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"27,18\"><span class=\"citation-476 citation-end-476\"><\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"27,19\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"p-rc_314b471917738a6c-198\" data-path-to-node=\"29\"><span data-path-to-node=\"29,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"29,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span class=\"citation-475\">Un signal dangereux<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-475\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"29,1\"><span class=\"citation-475 citation-end-475\"><\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"30,0\"><span class=\"citation-474\"><\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"30,1\"><span class=\"citation-474\">La Chine domine la production mondiale d&rsquo;anodes, incluant 99 % de toute la production d&rsquo;anodes en graphite<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"30,2\"><span class=\"citation-474 citation-end-474\"><\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"30,3\">. <\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"30,4\"><span class=\"citation-473\"><\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"30,5\"><span class=\"citation-473\">Elle a m\u00eame instaur\u00e9 des contr\u00f4les \u00e0 l&rsquo;exportation pour renforcer sa domination sur le march\u00e9<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"30,6\"><span class=\"citation-473 citation-end-473\"><\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"30,7\">. <\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"30,8\"><span class=\"citation-472\"><\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"30,9\"><span class=\"citation-472\">C\u2019est un signal dangereux pour l\u2019Occident<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"30,10\"><span class=\"citation-472 citation-end-472\"><\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"30,11\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"p-rc_314b471917738a6c-200\" data-path-to-node=\"31\"><span data-path-to-node=\"31,0\"><span class=\"citation-471\"><\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"31,1\"><span class=\"citation-471\">La production de s\u00e9parateurs de batteries est largement contr\u00f4l\u00e9e par des entreprises chinoises, avec plus de 70 % des parts de march\u00e9 mondiales<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"31,2\"><span class=\"citation-471 citation-end-471\"><\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"31,3\">. <\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"31,4\"><span class=\"citation-470\"><\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"31,5\"><span class=\"citation-470\">La Chine domine \u00e9galement la production mondiale d&rsquo;\u00e9lectrolytes de batteries, produisant plus de 80 % des \u00e9lectrolytes mondiaux et plus de 90 % du sel essentiel utilis\u00e9 dans les \u00e9lectrolytes de batteries au lithium-ion<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"31,6\"><span class=\"citation-470 citation-end-470\"><\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"31,7\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"p-rc_314b471917738a6c-201\" data-path-to-node=\"32\"><span data-path-to-node=\"32,0\"><span class=\"citation-469\"><\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"32,1\"><span class=\"citation-469\">La plupart de ces composants n\u00e9cessitent des quantit\u00e9s massives d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 pour leur production<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"32,2\"><span class=\"citation-469 citation-end-469\"><\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"32,3\">. <\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"32,4\"><span class=\"citation-468\"><\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"32,5\"><span class=\"citation-468\">Les nombreuses et vastes centrales au charbon de la Chine sont une source d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 bon march\u00e9 que l&rsquo;Occident ne peut \u00e9galer<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"32,6\"><span class=\"citation-468 citation-end-468\"><\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"32,7\">. La fabrication de batteries au Canada ? <\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"32,8\"><span class=\"citation-467\"><\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"32,9\"><span class=\"citation-467\">Il s&rsquo;agit en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;assemblage de batteries dont les composants cl\u00e9s sont fabriqu\u00e9s en Chine<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"32,10\"><span class=\"citation-467 citation-end-467\"><\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"32,11\">. <\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"32,12\"><span class=\"citation-466\"><\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"32,13\"><span class=\"citation-466\">Le Canada n&rsquo;est pas seul dans cette situation ; c&rsquo;est d\u00e9j\u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 en Europe<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"32,14\"><span class=\"citation-466 citation-end-466\"><\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"32,15\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"p-rc_314b471917738a6c-202\" data-path-to-node=\"34\"><span data-path-to-node=\"34,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"34,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span class=\"citation-465\">Une dure r\u00e9alit\u00e9<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-465\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"34,1\"><span class=\"citation-465 citation-end-465\"><\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"35,0\"><span class=\"citation-464\"><\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"35,1\"><span class=\"citation-464\">La dure r\u00e9alit\u00e9 est qu&rsquo;il est impossible de fabriquer des batteries de V\u00c9 \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle sans une d\u00e9pendance importante envers la Chine<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"35,2\"><span class=\"citation-464 citation-end-464\"><\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"35,3\">. <\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"35,4\"><span class=\"citation-463\"><\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"35,5\"><span class=\"citation-463\">Cette situation ne changera pas de mani\u00e8re significative dans un avenir pr\u00e9visible, et pourrait ne jamais changer suffisamment pour emp\u00eacher la Chine de jouer un r\u00f4le de contr\u00f4le dans un monde qui devient d\u00e9pendant des V\u00c9 pour sa mobilit\u00e9<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"35,6\"><span class=\"citation-463 citation-end-463\"><\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"35,7\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p id=\"p-rc_314b471917738a6c-188\" data-path-to-node=\"13\"><span data-path-to-node=\"13,0\">La dure r\u00e9alit\u00e9 est qu&rsquo;il est impossible de fabriquer des batteries de V\u00c9 \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle sans une d\u00e9pendance importante envers la Chine.\u00a0 &#8211;
