Premium Guard Inc.<\/a> (PGI), un chef de file dans la fabrication et la distribution de filtres, a annonc\u00e9 la signature d’une entente pour l’acquisition de propri\u00e9t\u00e9s intellectuelles cl\u00e9s et d’actifs connexes de First Brands Group. La transaction est assujettie \u00e0 l’approbation du tribunal des faillites, entre autres conditions de cl\u00f4ture, et devrait \u00eatre finalis\u00e9e au d\u00e9but d’avril.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cette entente repr\u00e9sente une \u00e9tape importante dans le renforcement de l’offre de produits et des capacit\u00e9s de d\u00e9veloppement de PGI, tout en maintenant sa mission principale en tant que fournisseur de premier plan de programmes de marques priv\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

Au cours des trois derni\u00e8res d\u00e9cennies, PGI a b\u00e2ti une cha\u00eene d’approvisionnement mondiale robuste, un vaste r\u00e9seau de distribution et de solides comp\u00e9tences en gestion de produits, en ing\u00e9nierie et en gestion de cat\u00e9gories. L’ajout de ces actifs de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle am\u00e9liore la capacit\u00e9 de PGI \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper davantage son offre de produits, \u00e0 acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l’innovation et \u00e0 soutenir ses clients dans de multiples segments et r\u00e9gions g\u00e9ographiques.<\/p>\n
