Munarolo aura d\u00e9sormais pour mission, dans son nouveau r\u00f4le, de renforcer le leadership op\u00e9rationnel et d\u2019offrir aux partenaires d\u2019assurance un point de contact de direction suppl\u00e9mentaire afin de soutenir la prise de d\u00e9cisions strat\u00e9giques et la croissance continue du groupe.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\">La cr\u00e9ation de ce poste de vice-pr\u00e9sident refl\u00e8te l\u2019engagement continu du Groupe TORCAM envers l\u2019excellence op\u00e9rationnelle, le soutien au personnel et un leadership \u00e9volutif alors que l\u2019organisation poursuit son expansion.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5\"><strong>Le soutien au personnel est primordial<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u00ab Le soutien au personnel est tr\u00e8s important pour nous au sein du groupe . \u00bb a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M. Torres, propri\u00e9taire du Groupe TORCAM de CARSTAR. \u00ab Nous croyons que si nous offrons \u00e0 notre personnel le soutien, les outils et la formation appropri\u00e9s, l\u2019attitude et la motivation n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la performance suivront naturellement. Munarolo a commenc\u00e9 son parcours au sein du Groupe TORCAM en 2019 en tant que coordonnateur du marketing \u00e0 temps partiel, mettant \u00e0 profit son expertise en marketing pour soutenir les initiatives d\u2019engagement communautaire et de croissance de la marque de l\u2019entreprise. Durant cette p\u00e9riode, il a aid\u00e9 l\u2019organisation \u00e0 franchir des \u00e9tapes importantes, notamment en dirigeant les efforts de collecte de fonds les plus fructueux pour la fibrose kystique, en d\u00e9veloppant des partenariats strat\u00e9giques, en coordonnant des campagnes d\u2019affichage et en contribuant \u00e0 la reconnaissance de l\u2019entreprise \u00e0 titre de \u00ab Marketer de l\u2019ann\u00e9e \u00bb lors de la conf\u00e9rence CARSTAR.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\">Par la suite, M. Munarolo a \u00e9largi son exp\u00e9rience dans plusieurs secteurs de l\u2019entreprise, passant de l\u2019estimation \u00e0 la gestion de bureau et des op\u00e9rations. Plus r\u00e9cemment, il occupait le poste d\u2019associ\u00e9 directeur dans l\u2019un des \u00e9tablissements TORCAM de Brantford.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9\"><strong>Un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 au sein de l\u2019entreprise<br \/>\n<\/strong>Tout au long de sa carri\u00e8re au Groupe TORCAM, M. Munarolo a \u00e9galement jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans l\u2019innovation op\u00e9rationnelle. Munarolo se concentrera sur le soutien aux gestionnaires des op\u00e9rations du Groupe TORCAM par le biais d&rsquo;audits d&rsquo;atelier bihebdomadaires, de revues de performance hebdomadaires et de formations op\u00e9rationnelles suppl\u00e9mentaires.
