{"id":452511,"date":"2026-04-02T09:25:23","date_gmt":"2026-04-02T13:25:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/?p=452511"},"modified":"2026-04-02T09:25:23","modified_gmt":"2026-04-02T13:25:23","slug":"rapport-annuel-2025-de-laia-canada","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/fr\/mecanique\/2026\/04\/02\/rapport-annuel-2025-de-laia-canada\/","title":{"rendered":"Rapport annuel 2025 de l\u2019AIA Canada"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>D\u00e9sormais disponible, l\u2019AIA Canada vient de publier son Rapport annuel 2025, lequel souligne une ann\u00e9e de progr\u00e8s marqu\u00e9s pour le secteur de l\u2019entretien et de la r\u00e9paration automobile.<\/p>\n<p>Les principales r\u00e9alisations comprennent :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>D\u00e9veloppement de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre :<\/strong> plus de 220 participants ont pris part au programme d\u2019innovation en formation automobile dans quatre coll\u00e8ges de l\u2019Ontario, et plus de 4 600 inscriptions \u00e0 I-CAR Canada ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9es, renfor\u00e7ant ainsi l\u2019engagement de l\u2019industrie envers le perfectionnement des comp\u00e9tences.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Plaidoyer pour le droit \u00e0 la r\u00e9paration :<\/strong> pr\u00e8s de 300 lettres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 envoy\u00e9es pendant les \u00e9lections f\u00e9d\u00e9rales, la nouvelle r\u00e9glementation du Qu\u00e9bec est entr\u00e9e en vigueur et l\u2019engagement international a connu un \u00e9lan accru vers un cadre national en 2025.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Perspectives de l\u2019industrie :<\/strong> quatre rapports de recherche examinant les tendances li\u00e9es aux v\u00e9hicules ont \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9s ; les sujets abord\u00e9s comprenaient les comportements des consommateurs, les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques et le droit \u00e0 la r\u00e9paration.<\/li>\n<li><strong>R\u00e9seautage au sein de l\u2019industrie :<\/strong> 16 \u00e9v\u00e9nements ont \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle nationale, dont la Conf\u00e9rence de l\u2019industrie canadienne de l\u2019entretien et de la r\u00e9paration automobile, qui a r\u00e9uni plus de 850 participants.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Transition \u00e0 la direction :<\/strong> annonce de la nomination de Mme Emily Chung \u00e0 titre de pr\u00e9sidente et chef de la direction en 2026.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Consulter le rapport complet <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aiacanada.com\/fr\/a-propos-de-nous\/rapports-annuels\/rapport-annuel-2025\/\">ici<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Le succ\u00e8s de l\u2019AIA Canada repose sur le d\u00e9vouement de son personnel et de ses b\u00e9n\u00e9voles \u2014 de notre conseil d\u2019administration et de nos Jeunes professionnels aux membres de nos divisions.
