De nationalit\u00e9 allemande et bas\u00e9 aux \u00c9tats-Unis depuis 2012, il a pass\u00e9 18 ans dans l\u2019industrie des gaz industriels et m\u00e9dicaux, notamment en dirigeant le carve-out et la mise en place des activit\u00e9s am\u00e9ricaines historiques de Linde en tant qu\u2019entreprise ind\u00e9pendante soutenue par des fonds de capital investissement. En tant que Pr\u00e9sident et Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral, il a dirig\u00e9 l\u2019entreprise pendant sept ans, en am\u00e9liorant sa performance financi\u00e8re, son excellence op\u00e9rationnelle et sa croissance. Jens a exerc\u00e9 des fonctions de CEO et de CFO pendant plus de dix ans et a d\u00e9but\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re dans la banque d\u2019investissement.<\/p>\n<p>Dr Uta Holzenkamp dirige BASF Coatings depuis 2022, avec une responsabilit\u00e9 mondiale sur environ 10\u202f500 collaborateurs.
