{"id":451674,"date":"2026-03-25T09:03:58","date_gmt":"2026-03-25T13:03:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/?p=451674"},"modified":"2026-03-25T09:03:58","modified_gmt":"2026-03-25T13:03:58","slug":"transit-probleme-de-charge-faible","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/fr\/mecanique\/2026\/03\/25\/transit-probleme-de-charge-faible\/","title":{"rendered":"Transit : Probl\u00e8me de charge faible"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Des probl\u00e8mes de tension ont men\u00e9 \u00e0 une inspection des circuits de l&rsquo;alternateur. Nous avons r\u00e9cemment eu l\u2019occasion d\u2019effectuer un diagnostic sur un Ford Transit 2017 \u00e9quip\u00e9 du moteur V6 GDI de 3,5 L. Dans ce cas-ci, il s\u2019agissait d\u2019une pr\u00e9occupation li\u00e9e au syst\u00e8me de charge.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le v\u00e9hicule chargeait \u00e0 13,2 V, et les t\u00e9moins de la batterie et de v\u00e9rification du moteur (\u00ab Check Engine \u00bb) \u00e9taient allum\u00e9s au tableau de bord. \u00c0 l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e au v\u00e9hicule, un balayage des codes a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9 et plusieurs codes relatifs au syst\u00e8me de charge ont \u00e9t\u00e9 trouv\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Codes importants<\/strong><br \/>\nLes codes importants \u00e0 noter ici sont P0620, P0625 et P065B. Ces codes se rapportent tous \u00e0 un probl\u00e8me quelconque du syst\u00e8me de charge et, dans ce cas pr\u00e9cis, ils devaient faire l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;une enqu\u00eate plus approfondie.<\/p>\n<p>Le code P0620 est un d\u00e9faut g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du syst\u00e8me de charge indiquant que le syst\u00e8me ne peut pas fournir le taux de charge souhait\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le code P0625 indique que le circuit de champ de l&rsquo;alternateur est faible, et le code P065B indique un probl\u00e8me avec le circuit de commande de l&rsquo;alternateur.<\/p>\n<p>En examinant les descriptions des codes, deux d\u00e9fauts \u00e9taient indiqu\u00e9s : le circuit de surveillance de l&rsquo;alternateur (GENMON) \u00e9tait ouvert ou court-circuit\u00e9, et le circuit de commande de l&rsquo;alternateur (GENCOM) ne fonctionnait pas comme pr\u00e9vu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tests de circuit<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00c0 ce stade, l&rsquo;arbre de diagnostic du manuel d&rsquo;entretien pr\u00e9conise un certain nombre de tests de circuit effectu\u00e9s avec un multim\u00e8tre num\u00e9rique (DVOM). Cela semblait repr\u00e9senter beaucoup de travail inutile sans savoir o\u00f9 se situait le probl\u00e8me r\u00e9el. Ces circuits sont surveill\u00e9s par le PCM (calculateur de gestion moteur) et peuvent \u00eatre visualis\u00e9s dans les donn\u00e9es de balayage.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois les donn\u00e9es examin\u00e9es, elles devraient donner une meilleure id\u00e9e de l&rsquo;endroit o\u00f9 se situe le probl\u00e8me r\u00e9el ; sinon, suivre le tableau des codes n\u00e9cessitera de tester tous les circuits. Une v\u00e9rification rapide des donn\u00e9es de balayage a confirm\u00e9 que le probl\u00e8me r\u00e9sidait dans le circuit GENMON et que l&rsquo;alternateur fonctionnait en mode par d\u00e9faut.<\/p>\n<p>Les donn\u00e9es indiquaient une tension command\u00e9e de 14,6 V et une tension de batterie du syst\u00e8me de 13,5 V. Cet alternateur poss\u00e8de un circuit de secours qui passe par d\u00e9faut \u00e0 13,5 volts si le PCM perd la commande de l&rsquo;alternateur, ce qui \u00e9tait manifestement le mode dans lequel l&rsquo;alternateur fonctionnait. Les donn\u00e9es montrent \u00e9galement un probl\u00e8me avec le circuit GENMON.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bref rappel du fonctionnement de ce syst\u00e8me :<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Le PCM r\u00e8gle la tension de charge en envoyant un message num\u00e9rique \u00e0 l&rsquo;alternateur sur le circuit GENCOM.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 L&rsquo;alternateur ex\u00e9cute la commande et envoie au PCM des informations sur la charge de travail de l&rsquo;alternateur via le circuit GENMON.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_451685\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-451685\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-451685 size-woocommerce_single\" src=\"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/genmon-low-charge-transit-fig-1-600x463.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"463\" srcset=\"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/genmon-low-charge-transit-fig-1-600x463.webp 600w, https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/genmon-low-charge-transit-fig-1-300x232.webp 300w, https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/genmon-low-charge-transit-fig-1-535x413.webp 535w, https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/genmon-low-charge-transit-fig-1.webp 758w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-451685\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Fig 1<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Probl\u00e8mes de contact<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 ce stade, il \u00e9tait temps de v\u00e9rifier le circuit GENMON. Un oscilloscope a \u00e9t\u00e9 branch\u00e9 aux circuits GENMON et GENCOM au connecteur C1280 (le point le plus proche de l&rsquo;alternateur que j&rsquo;ai pu atteindre). Les r\u00e9sultats sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s \u00e0 la figure 1. Il devrait y avoir une tension de batterie sur ce circuit. Le PCM fournit un signal de 12 volts que l&rsquo;alternateur met \u00e0 la masse selon un cycle de service variable pour informer le PCM de la charge de l&rsquo;alternateur.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir constat\u00e9 une tension basse, le circuit a \u00e9t\u00e9 v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 au niveau du PCM (fig. 2). La tension du circuit \u00e9tait ad\u00e9quate au PCM, mais mauvaise au connecteur C1280. Il y avait manifestement un probl\u00e8me entre les deux points d&rsquo;essai du circuit GENMON. Une enqu\u00eate plus approfondie a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que les contacts du connecteur C1280 lui-m\u00eame \u00e9taient \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine du probl\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p>Le circuit a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9par\u00e9 et test\u00e9 de nouveau, et les r\u00e9sultats sont illustr\u00e9s \u00e0 la figure 3.
