Le rapport r\u00e9v\u00e8le que le march\u00e9 des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques (VE) au Canada est entr\u00e9 dans une phase de correction, passant d&rsquo;une croissance stimul\u00e9e par les subventions \u00e0 un march\u00e9 automobile traditionnel caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 par une d\u00e9pr\u00e9ciation r\u00e9elle et des compromis.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\">Qu&rsquo;est-ce qui explique ce virage ? Voici les principales conclusions du rapport :<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\"><strong>1. Les changements de politiques f\u00e9d\u00e9rales cr\u00e9ent un march\u00e9 \u00e0 deux vitesses<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\">Ottawa a r\u00e9tabli un rabais f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de 5 000 $ pour les VE en f\u00e9vrier 2026, mais les v\u00e9hicules fabriqu\u00e9s en Chine en sont explicitement exclus, m\u00eame selon le nouveau syst\u00e8me de quotas Canada-Chine.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7,0,0\">R\u00e9sultat : Les VE produits localement ou dans des pays signataires d&rsquo;accords de libre-\u00e9change b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d&rsquo;un coussin tarifaire de 5 000 $, ce qui n&rsquo;est pas le cas des importations chinoises, red\u00e9finissant ainsi la concurrence par les prix \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle nationale.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7,0,0\"><strong>2. L&rsquo;accord Canada-Chine augmente l&rsquo;offre, sans perturbation imm\u00e9diate<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9\">Le Canada autorisera l&rsquo;importation annuelle de 49 000 VE fabriqu\u00e9s en Chine \u00e0 tarif r\u00e9duit, un chiffre qui atteindra environ 70 000 d&rsquo;ici 2031.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,0,0\">En raison des frictions r\u00e9glementaires, l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e massive de VE chinois ne se fera sentir qu&rsquo;en 2027 et ne constituera pas un choc imm\u00e9diat sur les prix.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,0,0\"><strong>3. D\u00e9clin de Tesla : les Canadiens quittent la marque, mais pas l&rsquo;\u00e9lectrique<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12\">Les ventes de Tesla neuves au Canada ont chut\u00e9 de 63,5 % en 2025, sa part de march\u00e9 s&rsquo;effondrant pour passer de plus de 40 % en 2022 \u00e0 un chiffre \u00e0 l&rsquo;unit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"13,0,0\">Tesla n&rsquo;est plus synonyme de march\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique au Canada, suite \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9rosion de l&rsquo;image de marque et aux baisses de prix agressives pass\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"13,1,0\">La croissance se concentre sur les nouveaux multisegments (crossovers) : Ford Mustang Mach-E (+52 % sur un an), VW ID.4 (+82 %) et Cadillac LYRIQ (+81 %).<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"13,1,0\"><strong>4.
