Ainsi, nous ne sommes pas surpris de voir des ateliers offrir \u00e0 leurs clients un taux horaire de base, pour des travaux de pure m\u00e9canique, mais ajouter au menu un taux bonifi\u00e9 pour les travaux sur les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques, la motorisation di\u00e9sel ou m\u00eame le tr\u00e8s sp\u00e9cifique diagnostic \u00e9lectronique.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e9rifications faites, cette pratique est parfaitement l\u00e9gale en autant que les diff\u00e9rents taux soient clairement visibles dans la salle d\u2019attente ou au comptoir d\u2019accueil, sur l\u2019estimation des travaux et finalement sur la facture.<\/p>\n<p>Ces travaux sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s demandent en effets des outils sp\u00e9cifiques, une formation pointue et fait souvent appel aux meilleurs techniciens de l\u2019atelier. Normal de charger davantage au client pour ces travaux en autant que ce dernier en est clairement avis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Une tourn\u00e9e de consultation aupr\u00e8s de nos coaches sur le terrain nous indique que la pratique est parfaitement justifi\u00e9e et bien comprise par les clients qui sont souvent d\u00e9pass\u00e9s par les technologies de leurs v\u00e9hicules. Ces experts indiquent qu\u2019une r\u00e8gle de base est de hausser de 20 % le taux horaire de ces sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s comparativement au taux de base.
