Voici le programme que l\u2019AIA Canada avait r\u00e9serv\u00e9 aux \u00e9tudiants du secteur automobile.<\/p>\n<p><span>Les futurs talents de l\u2019industrie automobile\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aiacanada.com\/fr\/evenements\/student-aftermarket-day\/\"><span>se sont donn\u00e9 rendez-vous<\/span><\/a><span>\u00a0cette ann\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9cole de commerce automobile du Canada du Coll\u00e8ge Georgian, \u00e0 Barrie, en Ontario, pour d\u00e9couvrir un secteur de l\u2019entretien et de la r\u00e9paration automobile qui emploie pr\u00e8s de 500 000 Canadiens et offre une tonne d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s professionnelles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement \u00e9tait orchestr\u00e9 par l\u2019Association des industries de l\u2019automobile du Canada (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aiacanada.com\/fr\"><span>AIA Canada<\/span><\/a><span>), en collaboration avec son comit\u00e9 des Jeunes professionnels du secteur de l\u2019entretien et de la r\u00e9paration automobile (JPSERA). Il a \u00e9galement accueilli plusieurs partenaires de haut niveau, comme <em>Autosphere<\/em>,<\/span><span>\u00a0pour pr\u00e9senter les nombreuses carri\u00e8res possibles dans ce secteur d\u2019activit\u00e9s.<\/span><span id=\"more-21951\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>D\u00e9roulement de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span>Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Champagne, pr\u00e9sident et directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019AIA Canada, a ouvert l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement avec une s\u00e9ance captivante portant sur les cl\u00e9s pour naviguer avec succ\u00e8s dans le secteur de l\u2019entretien automobile, en constante \u00e9volution au Canada.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Peu apr\u00e8s, les \u00e9tudiants ont assist\u00e9 \u00e0 des pr\u00e9sentations en direct, ainsi qu\u2019au palmar\u00e8s des carri\u00e8res. Ils ont pu y partager leurs id\u00e9es, \u00e9tablir des liens avec des partenaires de l\u2019industrie et approfondir leur compr\u00e9hen<\/span>dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s de l\u2019Automotive Business School of Canada (ABSC) ont partag\u00e9, dans le cadre d\u2019un panel, leur parcours professionnel apr\u00e8s l\u2019obtention de leur dipl\u00f4me. Anim\u00e9e par Kari Hann, de Specialty Sales &amp; Marketing, la s\u00e9ance a offert aux \u00e9tudiants un aper\u00e7u pr\u00e9cieux des diverses possibilit\u00e9s de carri\u00e8re offertes dans le secteur.<\/p>\n<p><span>Puis, les futurs talents ont \u00e9t\u00e9 initi\u00e9s \u00e0 la vaste gamme de carri\u00e8res sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es, parfois insoup\u00e7onn\u00e9es, offertes dans l\u2019industrie secondaire, ainsi qu\u2019aux parcours qui y conduisent. De l\u2019innovation num\u00e9rique au d\u00e9veloppement du leadership, en passant par l\u2019engagement client, les \u00e9tudiants ont d\u00e9couvert les diverses mani\u00e8res dont les professionnels contribuent \u00e0 l\u2019industrie et y b\u00e2tissent des carri\u00e8res enrichissantes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Peu apr\u00e8s, les laur\u00e9ats du prix de la meilleure pr\u00e9sentation ont \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9s. Michael Artuso, Wyatt Brown et Colin Downey ont ax\u00e9 leur pr\u00e9sentation sur la mani\u00e8re dont l\u2019industrie peut utiliser la technologie pour s\u2019adapter aux comportements et aux attitudes de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z en mati\u00e8re d\u2019entretien et de r\u00e9paration des v\u00e9hicules.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Finalement, Student Aftermarket Day 2025 s\u2019est conclue avec une s\u00e9ance de r\u00e9seautage et des tirages de prix.
