Cette transformation est \u00e0 la fois \u00e9vidente et in\u00e9vitable.<\/p>\n<p>Le sondage \u00ab\u00a0<em>La voix de nos clients (VOC) 2024<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb de CGI r\u00e9v\u00e8le que, si plus de\u00a090\u00a0% des dirigeants interrog\u00e9s affirment avoir mis en place des strat\u00e9gies num\u00e9riques, seuls\u00a030\u00a0% d\u2019entre eux obtiennent les r\u00e9sultats escompt\u00e9s pour leur organisation.<\/p>\n<p>Comment maximiser nos efforts et renforcer les strat\u00e9gies en place\u00a0?
