Le magasin Pi\u00e8ces d\u2019auto MB7 de Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, sous la banni\u00e8re Bumper to Bumper, soulignait en grande le vendredi 15 ao\u00fbt son demi-si\u00e8cle d\u2019op\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n

Plus de 250 clients sont venus au magasin de la 16e<\/sup> avenue o\u00f9 un chapiteau regroupant une vingtaine de fournisseurs les attendaient. Pour les organisateurs, c\u2019\u00e9tait une occasion de remercier cette client\u00e8le pour sa fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 au cours des d\u00e9cennies et de la mettre en contact avec des fournisseurs loyaux m\u00e9ritant d\u2019\u00eatre connus.<\/p>\n

Rappelons que le fondateur, Marcel Bessette, a pass\u00e9 le flambeau \u00e0 ses fils Claude et Michel et que Marc-Alain Landry et Miguel Roy, membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe depuis 25 ans, sont devenus propri\u00e9taires il y a 7 ans.<\/p>\n

Plusieurs activit\u00e9s \u00e9taient pr\u00e9vues, un food truck<\/em> attirait les affam\u00e9s et plusieurs tirages et rabais \u00e9taient pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s par les fournisseurs. De plus, les amateurs pouvaient acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer leur rythme cardiaque en d\u00e9couvrant la vingtaine de v\u00e9hicules anciens r\u00e9partis sur le site.<\/p>\n

Pi\u00e8ces d\u2019auto MB7 couvre un large territoire et dessert autant les ateliers de m\u00e9canique automobile qu\u2019un grand nombre d\u2019entreprises industrielles et agricoles.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Il \u00e9tait important pour les propri\u00e9taires de souligner cet anniversaire\u00a0\u00bb, explique Alexandre Lajeunesse, directeur des op\u00e9rations au sein de cette entreprise. \u00ab\u00a0\u00c9tant une premi\u00e8re pour notre magasin, nous n\u2019avions pas d\u2019attente sur la r\u00e9ponse de nos clients \u00e0 notre appel, mais nous sommes extr\u00eamement heureux de leur pr\u00e9sence en masse! Pour le futur, le magasin vise toujours la croissance, mais tiens \u00e0 conserver l\u2019approche humaine qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 sa marque de commerce depuis 50 ans. C\u2019est pour \u00e7a que nous sommes particuli\u00e8rement \u00e9mus d\u2019avoir re\u00e7u tous ces gens\u00a0; des amis, des clients et des fournisseurs, pour les remercier.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

L\u2019entreprise qui est membre du r\u00e9seau d\u2019Uni-Select depuis 35 ans compte 24 employ\u00e9s. L\u2019accent est mis sur l\u2019expertise. \u00ab Notre approche a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 de comprendre nos clients et de tout faire pour leur rendre la vie plus facile, reprend M. Lajeunesse. Nous utilisons des moyens modernes, mais il y aura toujours un expert au bout du fil pour trouver une solution pour d\u00e9panner un client mal pris. \u00bb<\/p>\n
