Un atelier m\u2019a appel\u00e9 \u00e0 propos d\u2019un Toyota RAV4 2013 \u00e9quip\u00e9 d\u2019un moteur 2,5 litres, dont le moteur refusait de s\u2019\u00e9teindre. La seule fa\u00e7on d\u2019y parvenir \u00e9tait de d\u00e9brancher la borne de batterie, ce qui coupait imm\u00e9diatement le moteur. J\u2019ai pens\u00e9 pouvoir aider l\u2019atelier \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me sans me d\u00e9placer, en proc\u00e9dant \u00e0 un diagnostic \u00e0 distance pendant qu\u2019un technicien sur place effectuait les tests physiques.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Premiers r\u00e9sultats de balayage<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un balayage du v\u00e9hicule a permis de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer les codes suivants : C1551, B1660, U0129, U0131 et B1507. Les codes \u00ab U \u00bb indiquaient l\u2019absence de communication avec les modules d\u2019antiblocage (ABS) et de direction assist\u00e9e. Le code C1551 signalait un d\u00e9faut de tension B+ sur la direction assist\u00e9e, tandis que les B1660 et B1507 concernaient le t\u00e9moin ABS et un d\u00e9faut de clignotant. Aucun de ces codes ne semblait li\u00e9 au probl\u00e8me d\u2019arr\u00eat du moteur, ils ont donc \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9cart\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, si l\u2019on d\u00e9branche la batterie, le moteur devrait continuer de tourner gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019alternateur. De plus, les calculateurs modernes n\u00e9cessitent un signal de mise en contact pour s\u2019allumer et s\u2019\u00e9teindre. Or, dans ce cas, la coupure de la batterie arr\u00eatait net le moteur, ce qui indiquait que le RAV4 (ou certaines parties du v\u00e9hicule) s\u2019\u00e9teignait lorsque le contact \u00e9tait coup\u00e9. L\u2019alternateur dispose d\u2019un signal d\u2019allumage pour son activation. Si le moteur s\u2019\u00e9teignait d\u00e8s que la batterie \u00e9tait d\u00e9connect\u00e9e, c\u2019est que ce signal \u00e9tait interrompu. Pourtant, tant que la batterie restait branch\u00e9e, le moteur continuait de tourner, m\u00eame avec la cl\u00e9 sur arr\u00eat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alimentations du PCM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tape suivante consistait \u00e0 v\u00e9rifier les alimentations du module de commande du moteur (PCM) pour voir si elles se coupaient bien avec le contact. C\u2019\u00e9tait relativement simple : il suffisait de consulter le sch\u00e9ma \u00e9lectrique pour identifier les circuits d\u2019alimentation et de masse du PCM, et v\u00e9rifier lesquels \u00e9taient cens\u00e9s s\u2019\u00e9teindre avec la cl\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s quelques recherches, nous avons d\u00e9couvert que le PCM \u00e9tait aliment\u00e9 par un fusible marqu\u00e9 \u00ab IGN \u00bb, situ\u00e9 dans le bloc de fusibles du tableau de bord. En retirant ce fusible, le moteur s\u2019arr\u00eatait. Nous avons alors compris que le circuit d\u2019alimentation du PCM restait sous tension m\u00eame lorsque le v\u00e9hicule \u00e9tait \u00e9teint. Il fallait maintenant remonter ce circuit pour en identifier la source. D\u2019apr\u00e8s le sch\u00e9ma, ce circuit menait au relais IG2 dans le bo\u00eetier de fusibles sous le capot.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Probl\u00e8me li\u00e9 au d\u00e9marreur \u00e0 distance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ce relais est activ\u00e9 directement par le contact. Nous nous sommes donc tourn\u00e9s vers la borne 3 du commutateur d\u2019allumage, qui alimente le relais IG2. En d\u00e9branchant le connecteur du commutateur, nous avons mesur\u00e9 la tension c\u00f4t\u00e9 faisceau. Ce circuit aurait d\u00fb \u00eatre inactif, puisqu\u2019il \u00e9tait coup\u00e9 de sa source. Pourtant, nous avons mesur\u00e9 une tension batterie sur le circuit. Cela ne peut s\u2019expliquer que par une source de courant externe inject\u00e9e dans le circuit, comme un dispositif apr\u00e8s-vente, de la corrosion dans un connecteur ou un fil ab\u00eem\u00e9 ailleurs dans le faisceau.<\/p>\n<p>Il \u00e9tait temps d\u2019identifier le fautif. La r\u00e9ponse n\u2019a pas tard\u00e9. En retra\u00e7ant le fil depuis le contact, nous avons identifi\u00e9 un d\u00e9marreur \u00e0 distance install\u00e9 apr\u00e8s-vente qui alimentait le circuit. Une fois ce module retir\u00e9, le probl\u00e8me a disparu.<\/p>\n<p>Ai-je mentionn\u00e9 que je n\u2019aime pas les accessoires apr\u00e8s-vente? La solution finale a \u00e9t\u00e9 de retirer compl\u00e8tement le d\u00e9marreur \u00e0 distance, ce qui a permis au v\u00e9hicule de fonctionner normalement.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Il y a environ un mois, nous avons eu un cas plut\u00f4t original.
